Got the T-Shirt
Staff were very helpful, got the obligatory T~Shirt. Had a meal at the restaurant, the nachos were good. There sites to see in both directions.

Fantastic service and food! Waitress was very attentive and helped our every need! Great selection of shirts and pins in the shop very happy!

I didnt realise it was Happy Hour, Not complaining however.
Im not sure what i was more blown away by the food or the Neil Young Guitar behind me. Being a traditionalist an Original was my choice, my daughters went for vegan options. I did not realise that there was a happy hour so two large pilsner beers arrived, but they both tasted fine. This was my first visit to a Hardrock , my daughters how ever are frequent visitors to hard Rock, having dined from Florida to London and pretty much everywhere they travel. Highly recoomended.

Have to say it was probably the best HRC I’ve been to. Food was excellent and Felix dealt with us in a friendly yet professional manner. He was brilliant We will definitely be back

One of those cult places that needed a visit and no regrets from us
OK, so it is a busy place and you might need to wait a bit for a table but all the hosts are very nice and try to help with everything. Funnily you can hear a lot of languages there but no so much German but the fact that everyone spoke English was only a bonus for us. We had a main and a dessert and I was very pleased but somehow there was a little bit of fear in my companion. It appears that the food was way to spicy for her. It was not advertised as such and mine was good but after asking the waiter for some cream maybe he swiftly replaced the dish to milder version, which completely rectified the issue. My only one small problem was lack of actual hard rock music but that is a non food issue. Overall all good there

Fantastic place to eat
Where ever we go in the world we visit the hard rock cafe and are never disappointed the hard rock Berlin was no exception the food and drinks we amazing as always the atmosphere here is always great. I would like to thank the staff here for singing Happy birthday to me and bringing me a free ice cream this was a nice end to a great evening

Very nice friendly and helpful staff
We came here for a light lunch, on arrival the staff showed us to a table, and the the service staff came to take our order, Very happy and friendly, We shared the buffalo style no bone chicken wings with fries, the food was very good, we had a belini beer to go with it which was also very good.

A chain that never disappoints….
We visited HRC Berlin as a family of four. Probably a helpful tip which we missed out on - we went to the shop first and bought a magnet. Once seated, our lovely server gave us a discount code. Fail. Just a magnet though so not the end of the world. Service was great, very quick, the waiter actually took time to chat with us about tourist attractions in the city and his personal recommendations. Food was yummy (we always end up ordering the same thing, HRC menus seem to stay the same across the world) so burger sliders and grilled chicken for us internationally 😜 Memorabilia a bit lacking, had no idea who’s stuff we were looking at. Nice terrace, great milkshakes and cocktails. If we visit Berlin again, would def return.

BELLO E BUONO
Non so perché ma in giro per l'Europa- ma anche a Washington- finisco sempre all'Hard Rock Café. Mi sento a casa. Buon cibo, ottimo arredo e lo shop é veramente indispensabile per portare a casa un ricordo. Questo di Berlino è bellissimo e in una zona magnifica sulla Ku Damm. Se passate di qui entrate: Love all, serve all!

Das HRC in Berlin ist wie in HH oder München. Die Bedienung spricht englisch und versuchte es 2x, mir meinen Wunsch nach einer heißen Schokolade zu erfüllen.

Leckeres Essen, Service ok
Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Das Essen (Ribs/Burger) war klasse, große Portionen. Dem Preis gerade noch angemessen. Allerdings war, vermutlich in der BBQ-Sauce, extrem viel Glutamat. Wir hatten hinterher "Durst wie die Zicken". Trotz "voller Bude" war das Essen in angemessener Zeit auf dem Tisch und der Service war immer präsent. Die Musik war (etwas zu) laut und qualitativ gerade so, dass sie etwas genervt hat. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Abend, den man gerne wiederholen kann.

Wir waren zu unserem 10jährigen in Berlin und haben den Abend im Hardrock Café verbracht! Der Empfang sehr freundlich,das Personal freundlich und aufgestellt die Portionen vom Essen für uns passend! Auch das Shoppen nach dem Essen im Shop perfekt,super beratung,freundlich und aufmerksam,hat alles gepasst! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ny stad och ett nytt trevligt besök på Hard Rock Café
Min vana trogen att uppsöka ett Hard Rock Café när jag kommer till en ny stad innebar middag här i Berlin. Hade bokat bord för att vara på säkra sidan men det var inte fullt när jag kom dit sent på eftermiddagen så det var lugnt för min del. Tog en plats på balkongen på ovanvåningen där jag hade utsikt över gatan nedanför och myllret av människor. Då jag inte hade någon som helst brådska så satt jag där i lugn och ro och tittade på folket. Beställde in norsk lax på cederträ vilken var riktigt god, kände för en gångs skull inte för att äta hamburgare så fisk fick det bli. Gott tillagad med grönsaker och potatis som ackompanjerade rätten. Det blev en milkshake till dessert och efter en stunds avkoppling lämnade jag mätt och belåten. Personalen var trevlig men ibland blir det lite för mycket kan jag tycka. Helt okej att var och en försöker hitta sin stil men läs gärna av situationen. Sitter jag och chillar behöver det inte dras ett kul skämt eller skojas varje gång servitören passerar - det blir lite för mycket helt enkelt.

Amo molto gli hard rock cafe e quando sono in una città che ne ospita uno lo vado a visitare. Quello di Berlino è assolutamente nella norma. Cibo ottimo come sempre, memorabilia alle pareti, camerieri dall'aspetto molto rock.

Vi spiste på Hard Rock 2 gange under vores ferie i Berlin. særligt grundet muligheden for glutenfri menu. Begge gange var en god oplevelse, med høflig og venlig betjening og mad der smagte godt.

Cena en nuestra última noche en Berlín, no teníamos reserva, por lo que la demora fueron 40 minutos. La atención fue muy cordial y la comida estuvo buena.

Egal in welcher Stadt, immer wieder sehr gut
Nach einiger Zeit waren wir wieder in Berlin ind natürlich gehört der Besuch im HRC dazu. Wir hatten die Nachos als Vorspeise sowie den vegetarischen Burger für meine Frau und BBQ Bacon für mich. Immer wieder lecker und wir sind immer wieder Gast in Berlin und der HRC-Kette. Man konnte hier auch seine Hochzeit feiern - hätte ich das mal früher gewusst. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Buena atención y servicio. Nuestro camarero Nacho fue muy agradable y atento. La comida y el precio como en el resto de Hard Rock, no es barato pero todo está bueno.

Imperdibile
Andiamo abbastanza spesso all'Hard Rock Cafe durante i nostri viaggi e quello di Berlino è indubbiamente immancabile. Abbiamo passato un bel po' di tempo allo shop dove abbiamo comunque preso un paio di magliette, per poi concederci un dessert. Devo dire che lo shop è davvero fornito, nel compesso un bel Hard Rock, ma il cibo lascia un po' a desiderare, costa abbastanza ma le porzioni sono enormi.

Tappa obbligatoria
Quando andiamo nelle città in cui c'è una loro struttura per noi è una tappa obbligata e una certezza. Personale giovane e disponibile, e parlando con un loro manager ho scoperto che ogni giorno fanno tutto fresco nelle loro cucine e che non hanno nulla di surgelato. Non lo avrei mai detto. Ottimo il piatto di antipasti con gli anelli di cipolla, fresca, impanata e fritta e con le ottime salse, che adesso che so fatte da loro, sono ancora più soddisfatta. Il negozio è carino ma andrebbe ampliato, per dare più importanza ai gadget così tanto richiesti dai miei amici

Denna restaurangkedja har en stabil leverans vart man än kommer. Berlin skiljer sig något åt lokalmässigt - varken bättre eller sämre, men lite annorlunda på ett bra sätt. Trevlig personal - som vanligt och matkvalitet enligt förväntan.

Ook hier weer een fijne sfeer zoals bij andere hardrock cafés. Bediening is zeer vriendelijk en geduldig. Blijft leuk om al die diverse liedjes te horen. En het eten gewoon goed.

Apuesta segura
Como nos gusta ir tachando locales de la lista teníamos que visitarlo. Una persona de allí intentó reservar pero no hubo forma sin embargo, nosotros lo hicimos a través de la web sin problemas. Llegamos antes de la hora y cuando llevábamos media cerveza en la barra ya estaba lista nuestra mesa. La comida tardó un poco en venir pero estaba igual de rica que en otros locales.

Divertida reunión con amigos en un buen sitio
En los hard rock café no te van a sorprender, sabes a lo que vas. Hay que reconocer que el camarero fue muy agradable en el trato y servicio. Lo recomendable es el lugar. Necesitamos comer en una zona cercana al Zoo, y que los niños disfrutarán. Descansamos y comimos. Fácil de encontrar y cerca del lugar elegido.

Wie regelmatig een HRC bezoekt weet wat er kan verwacht worden. Toch wel 1 van de betere in zijn soort. Leuke sfeer, vriendelijke en vlotte bediening. Degelijk eten voor wie houdt van het betere fastfood.

Professionellt och man vet vad man får
Professionellt om än inte personligt bemötande av alla som väl på alla HRC. Vi åt varsin hamburgare som var goda och tillagda som vi önskade. Vill man veta vad man får är det här rätt ställe förstås. Det som skiljde sig lite från andra HRC var att det var ljusa, fina lokaler och inte över belamrat med gitarrer.

Bra burgare och goda pommes som vanligt. Provade även fajtas som var bra. Mycket trevlig och skämtsam personal vilket verkligen höjer upplevelsen. Rent och snyggt.
