Consueto luogo dove svagarsi a fare shopping di ricordi della città che si sta visitando e, al piano superiore, dove potersi sfamare con piatti non solo di fast food ma anche con piatti di slow food. Qualità del cibo buona.
HARD ROCK, UNA GARANZIA !!!
Stupendo come tutti gli Hard Rock del mondo, posizione centrale, immediatamente fuori l’uscita della metro U, personale preparato e gentile, vasta scelta nello store. Cibo e servizi ottimi, ampio spazio nella zona dei tavolini.
BELLO E BUONO
Non so perché ma in giro per l'Europa- ma anche a Washington- finisco sempre all'Hard Rock Café. Mi sento a casa. Buon cibo, ottimo arredo e lo shop é veramente indispensabile per portare a casa un ricordo. Questo di Berlino è bellissimo e in una zona magnifica sulla Ku Damm. Se passate di qui entrate: Love all, serve all!

Amo molto gli hard rock cafe e quando sono in una città che ne ospita uno lo vado a visitare. Quello di Berlino è assolutamente nella norma. Cibo ottimo come sempre, memorabilia alle pareti, camerieri dall'aspetto molto rock.

Imperdibile
Andiamo abbastanza spesso all'Hard Rock Cafe durante i nostri viaggi e quello di Berlino è indubbiamente immancabile. Abbiamo passato un bel po' di tempo allo shop dove abbiamo comunque preso un paio di magliette, per poi concederci un dessert. Devo dire che lo shop è davvero fornito, nel compesso un bel Hard Rock, ma il cibo lascia un po' a desiderare, costa abbastanza ma le porzioni sono enormi.
Tappa obbligatoria
Quando andiamo nelle città in cui c'è una loro struttura per noi è una tappa obbligata e una certezza. Personale giovane e disponibile, e parlando con un loro manager ho scoperto che ogni giorno fanno tutto fresco nelle loro cucine e che non hanno nulla di surgelato. Non lo avrei mai detto. Ottimo il piatto di antipasti con gli anelli di cipolla, fresca, impanata e fritta e con le ottime salse, che adesso che so fatte da loro, sono ancora più soddisfatta. Il negozio è carino ma andrebbe ampliato, per dare più importanza ai gadget così tanto richiesti dai miei amici
A rare experience where tipping the staff felt more than deserved!
I am not normally inclined to leave reviews, but the service at this Hard Rock Cafe truly stood out to me, such that I am more than happy to spare some time to share this compliment to them! As I am used to with Hard Rock Cafe's no matter where I frequent them, their drinks (in this case, mocktails) were good as usual. Similarly, their Berlin location has several fun attributes of artists that are fun to take a look at. Their Berlin facility furthermore has a unique artwork; a guitar carved out of a part of the Berlin wall, which is interesting to take a look at. However, the reason I wished to leave this review, is because the servers for our drinks truly went above and beyond with their service! Beyond the usual expectation of a server asking for your order and then fetching you your drink, the servers seemed genuinely enthusiastic and pleasant to interact with. They were making some mild jokes or otherwise keeping interactions with us and other customers fun and engaging. Furthermore, when it came to payment (by card), the staff member was as considerate as to expressly turn away for a minute as you were processing the payment, to provide customers discretion regarding the amount of a tip (if any) that they wished to answer. This to not leave customers with an uncomfortable pressure of being coerced into a tip, because "they are looking right there over your shoulder!". The extra efforts of the servers to contribute to a pleasant atmosphere, and their mindfulness in being considerate to not cause discomfort during payment, were noted, and greatly appreciated! Truly, one of the rare situations in which I felt a big tip was genuinely deserved, as the staff of Hard Rock Cafe Berlin well exceeded expectations for their work!
Bowie Fans....There's a Guitar You Should Visit!
I'm on a quest to visit as many of the Hard Rock Cafes as possible, and finally my chance came to visit the one in Berlin. The staff is terrific and personable. I was greeted right away and brought to a table. The food was perfect--absolutely nothing that could have been done better. The salmon was hot and the strawberry basil lemonade had fresh strawberries! A fun, laid back, and music-loving atmosphere, and when I was there I was lucky enough to hear David Bowie and Tom Petty back-to-back. I was so excited to come here and get to see David Bowie's guitar, and equally as happy to see it in a place of prominence, right by the bar. Awesome little Rock Shop on premises, too. I will happily return on my next trip to Berlin! Keep Rockin'!
Great place
My first Hard Rock Cafe with friends and was an amazing visit. Our waiter Coco (I believe his name was) was amazing. Great food and amazing atmosphere
Another great Hard Rock bar
Great cocktails, as you would expect. Good service, interesting exhibits. A little lacking in atmosphere but it was a Sunday evening so perhaps you can't expect it to be loud. But we really enjoyed our visit so it's highly recommended.

We shared some fries & Fajitas, plus a couple of local brews, good service from a lovely Irish lady, sorry we didn’t her name, but great place & location.
Sehr gutes HRC Niveau
Typisches Hard Rock Cafe mit der Standard Karte. Qualität des Essen war im Vergleich zu anderen Hard Rock Cafes sehr gut. Mitarbeiter freundlich und aufmerksam. Schön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit guter Atmosphäre. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. De ober die ons hielp was ook enorm gastvrij. Ook het eten was lekker. Gezellige ambiance en een leuke sfeer. Ondanks dat het vrij druk was, werden we snel bediend.
Excellent service and birthday treatment
Excellent service for my boyfriend’s birthday, the table came set up with balloons and then a dessert at the end. The staff were really attentive and had good knowledge of gluten free options and allergens. Would always recommend Hard Rock as service is always great no matter which one you visit. Will hopefully get to return again.
Typisches HRC-Erlebnis mit leckerem Essen und toller Stimmung
Nach einem erfolgreichen Mammutmarsch ließen wir den Abend im Hard Rock Cafe Berlin ausklingen und waren mit unserem Besuch zufrieden. Wir hatten den Messi-Burger, der sehr gut zubereitet war und geschmacklich absolut überzeugt hat. Ich gönnte mir dazu einen großen Hurricane Cocktail – mein persönlicher Favorit, den ich gern bestelle, wenn ich mal in einem Hard Rock Cafe bin. Das Restaurant bot die typische Hard Rock Cafe-Stimmung: rockige Musik, viele Souvenirs und Erinnerungsstücke an den Wänden, die für eine besondere Atmosphäre sorgen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, trotz der hohen Auslastung an einem Samstagabend. Es war natürlich gut besucht und daher auch etwas lauter, aber das gehört zu einem Abend im HRC wohl auch irgendwie dazu. Insgesamt ein gelungener Abschluss für unseren Tag in Berlin. Das Hard Rock Cafe ist einen Besuch wert, wenn man die Kombination aus leckerem Essen und einzigartigem Rock-Ambiente mag.
Erg aardig personeel goede service
.Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we hartelijk begroet door het vriendelijke personeel, dat ons meteen een goed gevoel gaf. Het decor is typisch Hard Rock, vol met muziek memorabilia, wat een leuke sfeer geef. Het personeel maakte het extra speciaal door een klein verrassingsdessert te brengen, compleet met een felicitatie. De service was echt uitstekend; ons personeel was attent en zorgde ervoor dat we niets tekortkwamen. Al met al was het een onvergetelijke avond met heerlijk eten, een geweldige sfeer en een supervriendelijke bediening. Hard Rock Café in Berlijn is zeker een aanrader!

As always, had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock. The staff, food and drinks were amazing. They even squeezed us in as we hadn't booked. My son and I both had chicken fajitas and they were amazing. Thank you!
Our trip to Berlin .
This has to be my favourite Hard Rock Cafe visited so far ! The service is pretty amazing and the staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them . It’s in a nice location near to public transport and other bars and restaurants and it is beautifully laid out . We enjoyed the Christmas menu that was on and thoroughly recommend it . Well done .

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe for a light bite to eat whilst in the city as it’s become something of a tradition to pop by if there’s one in a destination we’re visiting. We arrived at 16:30 on a Saturday and it was crazy busy! So much so that we weren’t sure we would get a seat but thankfully there was a table for the 2 of us, albeit we were told we’d have to be out after an hour due to it being reserved. The food is the same standard quality that you’d expect from a HRC and the menu is typically the same as well - predictable but comfortably so. The staff were great, super friendly and welcoming - it did take a few moments to get drinks and the order but that was only due to how crazy busy it was!

Chaotische ontvangt door drukte, eten prima
Tijdens onze citytrip naar Berlijn hier heerlijk gegeten. Al begon het heel chaotisch bij het inchecken met onze reservering. Geen duidelijke rij, iedereen kruipt voor. Echt ruimte voor verbetering en duidelijke aanwijzingen/regels voor de deur. Dit duurde ruim 20 minuten. Nadat we eindelijk de gereserveerde tafel hadden maakte onze serveerster het helemaal goed. Wat een geweldige gastvrouw. Het eten was verder echt prima, ondanks de extreme drukte. Wij zouden wel terugkomen als het bij de ontvangst beter geregeld zou zijn.

Wir sind von Anfang an dabei (1992) und das erste Mal das wir etwas Bemängeln müssen. Der Chic Caesar Salat ist eine Frechheit 21.95€ dieser gleicht einer Beilage von der Menge, das passt gar nicht, vom Geschmack gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Also Management da sollte etwas geändert werden. 👍👍👍👍👍 Bedienung Top 👍👍👍👍👍 Die Burger, BBQ Ribbs, Legendary Nachos, Tupelos, Onion Tower waren wie immer hervorragend, um dem HOT FUDGE BROWNI gab es fast ein Gerangel 😉😋😋😋 Bis bald • Andi und Peggi
Excellent lunch and service for our group
We visited on Friday 25th of October for lunch and I can definitely recommend this place. We were a large group of 18 on a school trip in Berlin. The food was delicious, the place was bright, beautifully decorated for Halloween and very clean (the bathrooms were spotless!) Everyone we interacted with was attentive and very professional. Special mention goes to Bridget our server for her warm welcome, advice and professionalism. Thank you to everyone on shift that day and compliments to the kitchen.
American Style
It is located at the heart of Kurfürstendamm and has a great view to the road. Special atmosphere and large hall let you feel comfortably. Full of international guests all around…
Great food and service!
What a fantastic experience! Our waiter, Coco, provided exceptional service that truly enhanced our visit. As visitors from the US, we had never ventured into a Hard Rock Cafe due to its theme-oriented and cliché reputation. However, after spending a week and a half in Germany, we craved some familiar cuisine. We decided to stop by, and we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious lunch we enjoyed. Coco was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, making our meal even more enjoyable. His engaging personality and prompt service stood out, making us feel welcomed. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing Coco's outstanding service for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
Coco at the Bar is Great!
Food was really fresh, hot and tasted great. The service was awesome. Ici from the bar served us and he was friendly and fast. His English was perfect as well!
Love to visit and see the wall finds of artists whatever your favourite artist is. I loved seeing various pieces.
We visit the rock cafes wherever we are in the world and Berlin have a selection worth seeing. We only stayed for drinks but usually we enjoy the burgers unfortunately we didn’t have time on this visit. I always enjoy a wander around whatever your favourite artist you can always find something. If you love music it’s worth visiting.
Top Geburtstagsfeier in Berlin
Für Geburtstage ist das HRC besonders zu empfehlen. Die Burger sind gewohnt lecker, der Service an unserem Abend war perfekt und zum Ende gab es dann noch eine schöne Überraschung. Toll auch das "Free Refill" bei den Soft Drinks - super Service. Ein wirklich unvergesslicher Abend.

A Win in Berlin
A classic Hard Rock Café situated on the famous Berlin Kurfürstendamm. Very easy to find, with Berlin Zoo station not being too far away. If you've had a busy day in City West, this is quite a nice place to relax, as it is a more subdued Hard Rock compared to some of the arena-style ones you might find elsewhere. Upstairs is the best place to sit, and you can either stay inside to watch the TVs, or head onto the terrace to watch the world go by. Staff were very helpful and gave me time to choose my seat, which was appreciated. My request for a song to play on the screens was immediately granted and I loved seeing that, so thank you again! Staff were also great in helping me decide what to eat, and I chose the limited-edition Brazilian burger, which was really tasty and different to what I normally order. Had a good range of local beers too, and I liked having this choice as well. All staff were fantastic, but a special thank you to Flor, who was incredibly friendly and really made the visit enjoyable.
Klasse Burger im Hard Rock
Bei unserem Berlin Besuch ließen wir uns das Hard Rock nicht entgehen. Das Ambiente ist stimmig und hat uns in den Bann gezogen. Die Burger und Drinks waren lecker. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Uns fiel jedoch auf, dass dieses sehr gerne Englisch sprach, dafür weniger Deutsch. Für manchen Besucher könnte sich beim Bestellen daraus vielleicht ein Problem ergeben.

Hard Rock Café som alle de andre. Failsafe!!! Altid de bedste lokale øl, altid god mad og altid dejlig betjening. Tak for mad.
Lovely Meal in Berlin
Booked in advance, as expected it to be busy. Well worth our visit. Friendly greeting and offered a table on the balcony. Ice old Berliner Pilsners and a cocktail for my lovely wife. I ordered the Pittsburg Burger and my wife had the Messi Chicken Burger which she found was a little tough. Didn’t spoil our visit too much.

Wie überall alles gleich
Das HRC in Berlin ist wie in HH oder München. Die Bedienung spricht englisch und versuchte es 2x, mir meinen Wunsch nach einer heißen Schokolade zu erfüllen.
Got the T-Shirt
Staff were very helpful, got the obligatory T~Shirt. Had a meal at the restaurant, the nachos were good. There sites to see in both directions.

I didnt realise it was Happy Hour, Not complaining however.
Im not sure what i was more blown away by the food or the Neil Young Guitar behind me. Being a traditionalist an Original was my choice, my daughters went for vegan options. I did not realise that there was a happy hour so two large pilsner beers arrived, but they both tasted fine. This was my first visit to a Hardrock , my daughters how ever are frequent visitors to hard Rock, having dined from Florida to London and pretty much everywhere they travel. Highly recoomended.
Leckeres Essen, Service ok
Wir waren zum Abendessen dort. Die Begrüßung war freundlich. Das Essen (Ribs/Burger) war klasse, große Portionen. Dem Preis gerade noch angemessen. Allerdings war, vermutlich in der BBQ-Sauce, extrem viel Glutamat. Wir hatten hinterher "Durst wie die Zicken". Trotz "voller Bude" war das Essen in angemessener Zeit auf dem Tisch und der Service war immer präsent. Die Musik war (etwas zu) laut und qualitativ gerade so, dass sie etwas genervt hat. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Abend, den man gerne wiederholen kann.

Super bra mat, jättebra service och god öl. Jag rekommenderar att komma hit och äta. Personalen är trevliga, serviceinriktade och glada.

Have to say it was probably the best HRC I’ve been to. Food was excellent and Felix dealt with us in a friendly yet professional manner. He was brilliant We will definitely be back
One of those cult places that needed a visit and no regrets from us
OK, so it is a busy place and you might need to wait a bit for a table but all the hosts are very nice and try to help with everything. Funnily you can hear a lot of languages there but no so much German but the fact that everyone spoke English was only a bonus for us. We had a main and a dessert and I was very pleased but somehow there was a little bit of fear in my companion. It appears that the food was way to spicy for her. It was not advertised as such and mine was good but after asking the waiter for some cream maybe he swiftly replaced the dish to milder version, which completely rectified the issue. My only one small problem was lack of actual hard rock music but that is a non food issue. Overall all good there
Fantastic place to eat
Where ever we go in the world we visit the hard rock cafe and are never disappointed the hard rock Berlin was no exception the food and drinks we amazing as always the atmosphere here is always great. I would like to thank the staff here for singing Happy birthday to me and bringing me a free ice cream this was a nice end to a great evening

Wir waren zu unserem 10jährigen in Berlin und haben den Abend im Hardrock Café verbracht! Der Empfang sehr freundlich,das Personal freundlich und aufgestellt die Portionen vom Essen für uns passend! Auch das Shoppen nach dem Essen im Shop perfekt,super beratung,freundlich und aufmerksam,hat alles gepasst! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Very nice friendly and helpful staff
We came here for a light lunch, on arrival the staff showed us to a table, and the the service staff came to take our order, Very happy and friendly, We shared the buffalo style no bone chicken wings with fries, the food was very good, we had a belini beer to go with it which was also very good.
Ny stad och ett nytt trevligt besök på Hard Rock Café
Min vana trogen att uppsöka ett Hard Rock Café när jag kommer till en ny stad innebar middag här i Berlin. Hade bokat bord för att vara på säkra sidan men det var inte fullt när jag kom dit sent på eftermiddagen så det var lugnt för min del. Tog en plats på balkongen på ovanvåningen där jag hade utsikt över gatan nedanför och myllret av människor. Då jag inte hade någon som helst brådska så satt jag där i lugn och ro och tittade på folket. Beställde in norsk lax på cederträ vilken var riktigt god, kände för en gångs skull inte för att äta hamburgare så fisk fick det bli. Gott tillagad med grönsaker och potatis som ackompanjerade rätten. Det blev en milkshake till dessert och efter en stunds avkoppling lämnade jag mätt och belåten. Personalen var trevlig men ibland blir det lite för mycket kan jag tycka. Helt okej att var och en försöker hitta sin stil men läs gärna av situationen. Sitter jag och chillar behöver det inte dras ett kul skämt eller skojas varje gång servitören passerar - det blir lite för mycket helt enkelt.
