About

Incredible objects in the Odditorium

The Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Odditorium in Copenhagen is the only one of its kind in Scandinavia and displays over 500 curiosities and exhibits over two floors. Everything you see here is or was real, whether you believe it or not. Here you can meet extraordinary people from the past and the present, and see incredible objects such as genuine shrunken heads, letters written on a grain of rice and a mummified hand.

Fairy tales come to life

There are memorials all over Copenhagen to Hans Christian Andersen, from H.C. Andersens Boulevard with the larger than life bronze statue of the author himself, to the famous statue of the Little Mermaid on the shore of the city. At the Hans Christian Andersen Experience, you follow in the authors footsteps and explore his most famous fairy tales, including the Ugly Duckling, Tumbelina and the Emperor’s New Clothes.

Come face to face with World Record holders

At Europe’s only Guinness World Records Museum, you can meet the man who ate a plane, the model with the longest legs in the world, as well as the world’s tallest man, and many other incredible record holders. In the Interactive Game Zone, you can try to break a record to get your own name into the history books. Or challenge your friends and family to a round on the largest game of Pac-Man.

A hands-on haunting with eerie encounters

The Mystic Exploratorie is a mysterious hands-on experience where you’ll be putting all your senses to the test. Its dark hallways are filled with thrills, illusions and mystical phenomena. You’ll cross paths with an assortment of unsavoury characters, especially when you walk through a desolated graveyard at midnight. The cunning illusions of the Mystic Exploratorie will leave you wondering what is real and what’s only in your mind.
