Everyone should try this
Amazing value for money and absolutely amazing offering of different pancakes with different toppings. We really wanted to do this a second time in our 4 day holiday but couldn’t. Can’t recommend strong enough to give it a try. Drinks a little pricey but expected.
Nice experience
A nice experience, the pancakes (especially the apple one!) were tasty, and there was a good variety of toppings. The actual boat trip doesn’t go by many interesting thing to see so it’s definitely a boat trip just to eat pancakes rather than to see anything, but it was fun!
My kids' favourite thing we did in Amsterdam
Food is tasty and plentiful, service is lovely, and best of all the ball pit is a riot for kids. Terrific family activity.

Good fun trip and chance to see a slightly different view of Amsterdam. Pancakes were very tasty, lots of toppings and unlimited. Surprisingly filling even for our teenage sons so provided full dinner! Staff friendly. Would go back!

Fun boat trip with amazing food!
Fun boat trip with amazing food! We really enjoyed hour 90 minutes with this tour company. The pancakes (basically crepes) came with so many toppings, so we tried all 3 types of pancakes. We left completely full and relaxed. We will definitely do this again!
Do it for the kids!
This was a highlight for the kids - 7 and 9. For the parents - it’s not too expensive, the pancakes are delicious, and you get to relax on the water while the kids have fun. I recommend it for sure - just go with medium expectations for grown ups. Tip: we went to the Straat museum, an amazing street art museum right next to the launch point, after we got off the boat. The art is amazing and the kids really enjoyed it too. It made for a nice afternoon slightly off the beaten path!
An easy and fun experience
The pancake cruise was a highlight of our trip to Amsterdam. There were lots of options to make delicious savoury and sweet pancakes (vegetarian savoury options were grated cheddar, brie, friend onions, boiled eggs and sweetcorn). The staff noticed my 11 year old daughter's birthday badge and very kindly brought her special birthday pancakes with a firework style candle, which she absolutely loved. She wasn't too old to enjoy a go in the ballpit too! There wasn't any noise from the ballpit or much queuing for pancakes, perhaps helped by our trip being quiet - the boat was full downstairs, but empty upstairs. The area that the boat cruises isn't very beautiful but it's really interesting and we enjoyed the view. We had hesitated in bookings as we thought the pancake boat dock might be difficult to get to, but it's surprisingly easy - the free ferry for the NDSM area leaves from right outside Centraal every 15 minutes or so. (There's a similar free ferry that goes to the Pontsteiger dock, which is very handy if you're staying in that area.) There are cafes and art galleries and shops along the NDSM waterfront if you get there a little early.
Pancakes for the win
If you’re going to take a canal cruise in Amsterdam, might as well have pancakes and a cocktail also! Very efficient system, and delicious pancakes with a very complete self service accompaniments bar to go along with the pancakes. By the sounds of the shrill screaming, children will love the ball pit in the bottom of the boat. Fortunately for the rest of us, this did not detract from the experience.
Great experience, even greater food!
The staff were very friendly and the pancakes were delicious! We went in February which means the weather wasn’t too great but that’s no fault of the pancake boat. Overall a great experience and I bet the views are wonderful in summer
Nice idea but not ideal implementation
Good variety of pancakes and toppings. Everyone can find something to his taste. But what really didn’t allow to fully enjoy the trip - there was very cold on the boat. We couldn’t get warmer even after hot drinks and meal. Some people had to stay in jackets during all trip.

Great selection of pancakes and toppings
Really enjoyable time. Good selection of pancakes and toppings. Friendly helpful staff. Savoury and sweet toppings. Plenty to choose from. Only negative was the extra 1.50€ per person that was added on. We asked and this was some kind of entertainment tax.

Zeker aan te raden boottocht over het IJ
een heerlijk uitje. Mooie tocht over het IJ en heerlijk pannenkoeken gegeten. voor herhaling vatbaar. ps ook super aardig personeel. Alles was goed geregeld en er was voldoende te eten.
Erg leuk!
We vierden een verjaardag. Je zit heel gezellig bij elkaar en de pannenkoeken smaakten lekker. Je kunt kiezen uit heel veel toppings. Er is voor iedereen, jong en oud, wel wat bij. Het was goed geregeld en de bediening was vriendelijk. Je vaart langs een leuk stukje Amsterdam. En voor jonge kinderen is er ook nog de mogelijkheid om tijdens de tweede helft van de boottocht in het ballen bad in het ruim te spelen.
Aanrader!
Echt een aanrader! Leuke rondvaart op het Ij en intussen onbeperkt pannekoeken eten! We hadden een tafel boven met mooi uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel en pannekoeken zijn heerlijk met veel keuze in toppings!
Herdenking van Omi
Vorig jaar waren we met Omi op de pannenkoekenboot niet wetende dat dit haar laatste uitstapje zou worden. Daarom waren we er nu weer. Het was weer heerlijk en we hebben mooie herinneringen opgehaald aan Omi. Volgend jaar zijn we er weer! Ik weet helaas niet meer hoe onze bedienende heet maar ze was superlief en we kregen van haar een klein kadootje als herinnering.

Goede kwaliteit gezellige boot en uitstekend personeel. Lekkere pannenkoeken en veel keus. Mooi tafeltje en mooie tocht over het ij.
Herrlich, lustig, lecker
Nach 9 Jahren und diesmal mit eigenen Kindern, war dies unser dritter Besuch des Pfannenkuchenboots. Ich hatte mich schon sehr drauf gefreut und auch die Kinder gehyped und was soll ich sagen: Es war super! Die Pfannenkuchen sind so lecker und knusprig, Toppings aller Art, lebhafte Athmosphäre an Bord. Das Bällebad war neben den Mini Marshmallows das Highlight für die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hatten ein wenig Ruhe, um über die Kapazität des eigennen Magens nachzudenken und eventuell noch einen kleinen Pfannenkuchen zu naschen. Ob mit oder ohne Kinder: Definitiv eine Empfehlung!
Prima ervaring!
We vierden een verjaardag met familie en vrienden. Het was allemaal zeer goed georganiseerd aan boord. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en super vriendelijk. Toen ze hoorden dat er een jarige in ons midden was, werd nog iets speciaals geregeld. Lekkere pannenkoeken die je naar hartenlust kon variëren. Comfortabele boot. En natuurlijk leuk dat je al varend nog een klein stukje Amsterdam rond het IJ ziet.

we hadden prachtig weer.De pannekoeken waren heerlijk.We zaten boven waardoor we een geweldig uitzicht hadden over het IJ. Rondvaart was heel leuk. Vriendelijk personeel en logistiek liep alles perfect.

Mooi en heerlijke pannekoeken-ervaring
Om te beginnen heerlijke pannekoeken met volop keus voor de vulling. Mooie tocht langs de bebouwing van het IJ. Vriendelijke bemanning, het was een goeie pannekoeken-ervaring !!

Gezellig opa en oma genomen voor 80e verjaardag, (klein) kinderen mee. heerlijk weer en heerlijke pannenkoeken zoals altijd. echt een aanrader voor familie en of met de kinderen.

Ook namens het weer van afgelopen zaterdag was het ook super lekker om op het water te zijn. We hebben er lekker van genoten raden het ook iedereen aan het eten was ook top genoeg keuzes als toppings op de pannenkoeken.

Prima ontvangst, gastvrije en attente bediening. Zeer uitgebreide keuze van toppings. Enthousiast werd hier en daar een verjaardag opgeluisterd door het personeel.
Top ervaring
We hebben heerlijk gegeten van de vers gebakken pannenkoeken en nog nooit zoveel toppings voor op een pannenkoek gezien! Echt een aanrader 👌🏼 En ook nog schoon en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pannenkoekenboot als familieuitje
Leuk concept. “Onbeperkt” klopt ook wel, maar er was een lange wachttijd voor de naturel pannenkoeken. Daardoor hebben wij er niet erg veel kunnen eten. Spek en appel werden meer gevuld, maar ook niet vol. De pannenkoeken hadden wel iets langer mogen bakken. De binnenkant was nog niet echt gaar. Maar er was voldoende keuze in toppings en de bediening was erg attent. ondanks de vele kinderen was alles netjes schoon. TOP! En de ballenbak was natuurlijk favoriet. Na 1 pannenkoek werd daar goed gebruik van gemaakt.
Super leuk vatend uitje met smullerij
Een heel leuk varend uitje voor jong en oud, mer onbeperkt lekkere pannenkoeken eten en voor de kids daarna de super grote ballenbak. In 75 minuten vaar je rond op het IJ. Jammer alleen dat ze geen glutenvrije pannenkoek hadden, misschien een goed idee.
Top service
Service top, top!!!! Ondanks wij de boot hadden gemist vanwege gebrek aan parkeerplaats rondom de bestemming hebben wij gebruik mogen maken van de volgende rit. Super tevreden over het personeel van vrijdag 23 februari. Bedankt voor deze mooie dag!!
1ere visite Amsterdam
Sympa, familial, accueil souriant. Le temps est idéal pour un goûter en fin de journée. A la tombée de la nuit les lumières du port sont très belles

Het was heel goed. Leuke reis zo in de schemering waar steeds meer lichtjes verschenen in het westelijk havengebied en het centrum van Amsterdam. Heerlijk volop pannenkoeken gegeten (ruime keuze in mogelijk beleg), met fijne warme chocolademelk en thee. Vriendelijke bediening, goede sfeer. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Lekkere pannenkoeken en fijn personeel
Leuke plek om te eten! Pannenkoeken zijn erg lekker en meer dan genoeg keuze aan toppings. Door harde wind kon de boot helaas niet varen, maar verstandig om het dan niet te doen. En erg attent dat we een gratis drankje kregen daarvoor in de plaats. Ballenbak is top! Beneden en heel groot. Zelfs onze zoon van 9 vond dat leuk!
Leuk concept.
Het concept is erg leuk, pannenkoeken waren heerlijk! Helaas konden we niet uitvaren door de stroming en harde wind. Ter compensatie kregen we een drankje gratis of je kon je geld terugkrijgen. In de zomer proberen we het nog een keer.
Avond eten voor concert Zigodome
Wij verkozen de vaart van 16:00 uur voor 75 min. Onberperkt pannekoeken eten, die steeds gebakken klaar staan in de pannekoeken kast in 3 keuzes naturel, appel en spek. Toppings toe te voegen naar eigen keuze. Drinken NIET inbegrepen Gemakkelijk bereikbaar van Amsterdam Centraal wandel door de Ijpassage van het station naar de veerboten. Neem het GRATIS pont F4 naar NDSM .vaart ongeveer 15 min. Na het veer neem rechts en ga de hoek om tot de pannekoeken boot. Let op u hoeft 15 min. op voorhand aanwezig te zijn.
Ballenbak
Heel gezellig en de ballen bak was een plezier voor de kleinkinderen. We hebben ons prima vermaakt en ook gegeten .
TIP van de DAG!
SUPER leuk gehad met kleinzoon! Geweldig idee, eerst alle kinderen een pannenkoek eten en dan gaat pas de ballenbak open! Wij hebben genoten en kleinzoon wilde NIET van de boot af! Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
