It’s worth it
Its amazing, so scary but fun. Everything is so good, and the details are on point, the people that work there are so good at being scary

Great fun
We've done similar things in London and York but this was different again. A bit slow starting while we waited for enough people to form a party. As others have said, there are no rides here, you walk through various attractions and see different mini shows. They are all good in different ways, building up to a crescendo at the end. Could be hard for those of a nervous disposition but definitely an entertaining morning.

brilliant experience me and my friend went on the 29th of august at half five the two girls at the front were great really friends agreed with one of the staff members that the other was weird but her little rat was adorable 10/10 would recommend the actors were great the first guide who you meet was great my friend didn’t want to be separated in the lifts so he was great getting the situation and putting us together really funny great guy all the actors were amazing

Highly recommended
I thoroughly recommend a visit here. The characters were amazing and provided plenty of jumpscares. It was a totally different experience to what I envisaged but we really enjoyed.

Fun Must Do Experience
Actors were great, really fun experience. Be prepared to get involved, but not for long. Personally i wouldn't be one to stand up in front of a group, but I'm so glad for taking part, it really made my trip and we had some laughs! Very very fun. Wouldn't really recommend for small kids but it itself is not THATTT scary.

I loved that we had the opportunity to chop my brother-in-law’s head off as soon as we entered. I also loved that my sister (over 60) kept saying “I’m scared,” at every new room! Thanks for helping make this a fun adventure with a bit of education! It’s amazing anyone survived Amsterdam, historically speaking!

Fun but over crowded
Really really fun, great actors, worth it for me. My only complain is, they send you through in a large group, and maybe I went at peak time, but the group was just a little too large. Some of the rooms didn’t have enough seating for everyone, some rooms were so small every one had to cram in. As I’m short, there were several instances where I couldn’t see over the people in front of me and it made it less fun. Make slightly smaller groups please and I’d leave a 5 star review.

Scary, fun, a bit pricey
We did enjoy it, but felt it was pricey, it cost more than EUR100 for tickets and photos. The actors were great, informative. We were frightened at times, and it was fun.

I don't usually go to dungeons, but this one was something else, everything is been done quite the right way, eveyone into the act from all employees. The acting is so good and the diversity of horror themes is so cool i love it, definitely i recommend, and i think i would visit again!

Appeals to all ages and extended hours allows it to fit in everyone’s schedules
Great for all ages. We even took our local friend (70 years old!) who had never thought to go. He loved it, too! Particularly good for my 16 year old son who had already seen so many galleries and museums. The actors enthusiasm added such excitement to our trip. It is open late in the evening so it doesn’t compete with the 10:00-17:00 attractions. Especially good for teenagers who don’t adjust to the time change quickly! My son was visibly excited (which is rare these days!) and found lots of souvenirs and gifts for friends.

Fun and scary at the same time for the whole family
We always visit Dungeon's when traveling if we have the chance. We get surprise on the level of entertainment each location has to offer. The engagement of the actors are always fun and immersive. An the design of the rooms are really detailed and maze like.

Absolutely amazing
A MUST. I assumed we were just having a walk around ! HOW WRONG WAS I!! Absolutely amazing , from the minute I walked in until the minute I left ! There were younger children with the group of people booked into my time slot they seemed to enjoy it too! Very jumpy ! I went with my partner but cannot wait to take my kids there now ! Well done very reasonable priced for the quality of the visit ! As I left I said to the young girl working in the gift shop , thank you that was fantastic , she smiled and replied ‘great , have a terrible day, bye ‘ One tip they make you turn your phones off , and with good reason ! Do it you won’t be sorry .

Wonderful, fun time! Must do when in Amsterdam.
Went with my 10 year old son- we both loved it so much!!!! It is scary, meaning the story lines and rooms that you enter keep you on your toes and heart racing (in a good way). Nothing was terrifying- it was all in good fun scares but yet done very creatively. The actors/ actresses were also so talented and though they were acting, they were so professional that it made you feel safe. You do go in a large group (thank god) which makes it less scary and you can support each other as you trauma bond :)

Great actors, scary but funny sets, great special effects and a walk through history. Worth a visit if you’re in Amsterdam. I have to admit that some of the actresses are really cute. 🥰 You really immerse yourself in the dungeon.

So much fun!
This was definitely a great activity’s and surpassed my expectations. It made you laugh, scream and think about the history of Amsterdam. I highly recommend doing this as it is definitely not your typical touristy attraction.

A more than great experience. So truly scary and funny at the same time. My kids ages 11 -15 are still talking about it. But I - as their mother- was extremely excited and thrilled (and scared) during the entire 70 minutes

Good fun, very dark
It was raining so we decided to go here and didn’t regret it. Have been to Edinburgh and London dungeons so knew roughly what to expect. We booked our tickets in the short queue but you can just get them inside the building too. The whole event was in English and some great acting by the characters. Each room you moved into had something different and was really interesting. It was interactive as in some people were chosen to be imprisoned/burned as a witch etc. The only part I wasn’t fond of was the tunnel where you could not see a thing and had to get through individually with lots of air being blown on you/things hanging down and jumping out at you. My daughter thought that bit was great.

Fun experience
There were 3 adults in our group and we all had fun. All of the characters did a great job. The rooms were set up perfectly. They interacted with the guests and made it enjoyable.
