Informativ und schön
Wir hatten einen super symphatischen Bootsführer der viele Nebeninfos gab. War schön und informativ. 1 Stunde hat gut gereicht und empfehlenswert. Gute Karte erhalten für den Treffpunkt und pünktlich, sowie sauber.
Tolle Tour
Die Stunde waren zwar nur ca. 50 Minuten, aber die Tour war wunderschön. Unbedingt abends machen, die Atmosphäre ist unbeschreiblich!

Es un tour más general
El tour está muy bien, en cambio si ya has hecho un freetour por la ciudad recomiendo el crucero primero, te da una vista más general, mi amiga y yo al haber hecho antes el freetour volvimos a ver sitios en los que ya habíamos estado.

Croisière avec le groupe lovers Sympathique croisière traduit en plusieurs langue 1h pour vous faire un tour des canaux avec visite guidée et indication sur les différents quartiers/monuments / place/ marché /histoire / musée de la ville etc Très bien pour découvrir une 1er fois en famille en amies en couple cette croisière et très bien adapter
Amsterdam City River Cruise
The canal cruise was perfect, the captin come guide gave us headphones to listen in our own language. The riverboat was clean and tidy, easy to walk on and off, it was a nice day and we got some beautiful pictures!! A great end to a fantastic tourist holiday!!
Early evening cruise
We did the early evening cruise to see the lights of the city. Easy to get tickets by turning up and allocated the next cruise. There is an audio link that you can use, but we decided to just sit outside and watch the views. An hour cruise which was interesting and pretty.
Great information finding cruise
We had an hour cruise around the canals in Amsterdam and learnt a lot whilst doing it. We really enjoyed every second. My five year old didn’t want to get off. The captain was also very knowledgeable.

Muy puntuales, un paseo tranquilo, recomiendo que cuando lo cojan miren bien la metereología, pues así podrán disfrutar mejor de las vistas.

Giro dei canali in barca assolutamente da consigliare. Audioguida in italiano e Simon simpaticissimo conducente che comunque dava ulteriori informazioni in inglese. La durata è di un'ora ma ci è dispiaciuto scendere!!

La promenade sur les canaux dure une heure. Les audio guides permettent de suivre les commentaires dans différentes langues. Le long de cette promenade fluviale, nous découvrons l'histoire de la ville et des monuments "célèbres". Par contre, le confort est rudimentaire.

A fab way to see Amsterdam
We had a really lovely time on the one-hour canal cruise. Our captain was very lovely and cracked a good few jokes throughout the tour. The GPS guided tour via the headphones was a fab idea and there were so many language options available which was a really pleasant surprise. We learned so much about the history of the city and the tour even helped us to find places to visit again in further detail after the tour. The price was extremely reasonable considering the excellent experience we got, and our boat even left a little early which was nice. All in all, we would definitely recommend it!
The captian made the experience
We really enjoyed it. We show I I amsterdam cards at the ticket office ans were on a boat and on our way within 10 minutes. Our captain (Tony I believe was his name) was lovely ,cheerful and very knowledge of the area, he also had 2 traniees with him and they were also lovely. The facilties were clean. If I hadn't have had the I amsterdam card I would have still paid what the price was (which I think is reasonable).

Cruising backward :(
sitting backward is really annoying... Except that I think it is very nice and the captain was a nice guy, he was really funny, making jokes.
Go with Lovers
Booked through Get Your Guide literally 20 mins before boarding. They let us join a boat that was boarding as soon as we got there, which was great, no standing around as they weren’t so busy. We took a daytime trip and glad we did. Maybe evening cruises would be better in warmer months with open boats. The boat was modern, clean and warm and no condensation at all during any part of our cruise. The headphones were included and the audio commentary was interesting. The captain also added bits and pieces of extra info which was appreciated. It was a great introduction to the canals of Amsterdam as we decided to do this trip literally an hour after arriving in Amsterdam. It helped us with our bearings and with general historical info about the city. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that we seemed to stay on one canal, no museums seen, no Anne Frank house, nothing like that, which was a shame as lots of tourists probably visit these places afterwards. Maybe the canal boat starting from the museums area take that route? We took the one from the station. There are lots of canal boat companies, but we were more than happy with Lovers as their boats appear a lot more modern than many others we saw. I would definitely recommend the cruise and my teenage daughter said it was one of the nicest things we did when in Amsterdam.
Great couples tour
A amazing tour with some great canal boat skills performed and a great host. This tour is very much for couples and being alone I felt a little out of place.
A Great Way To See The City
Done the open boat tour during the summer. A great way to see the city and the audio guide gave plenty of information along the way. Extremely relaxing to the point I almost fell asleep half way around. Would definitely do the tour again if I’m back in Amsterdam
Quick visit to see Amsterdam
Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it rained, I still enjoyed the tour. The only complaint was the audio was difficult to hear at times.
Relaxing hour on the canals
Nice relaxing hour around the canals. Duco (sorry if I have not got the name correct) was informative with history and fun facts. Would recommend.

It was educational, slowed down at the right places. The pilot was polite and explained well- was fun and energetic.
Tolles Ausflugsziel
War eine tolle Führung mit interessanten Fakten, es waren teilweise viele Leute gleichzeitig, weil Gruppen immer geblockt reingelassen wurden und sich frei bewegen konnten. Es war sehr interessant mehr über die Geschichte von Heineken zu erfahren und auch von der Bierherstellung. Absolut zu empfehlen.
Für Biertrinker schön und interessant
Sehr schöne Führung durch die ehemalige Brauerei im Stadtzentrum von Amsterdam. Die Tickets für diese Führung kann man vorab online buchen oder noch vor Ort an einem Self-Service-Terminal. Preislich gibt es zwischen beiden Varianten keinen Unterschied. Die Tickets sind immer für einen Time-Slot von 15 Minuten gültig. Während der Führung die teilweise durch Guides erfolgt und teilweise über einen Audioguide, den man mittels QR-Code auf dem Handy aufruft, bietet viele interessante Infos. Da hier kein Bier mehr gebraut wird, ist die Führung auf visuelle Erlebnisse ausgelegt. Im Laufe der Führung erhält man insgesamt drei Getränke. Gegen Zahlung eines Aufpreises ist zum Abschluss der Besuch der Roof-Top-Bar möglich. Wer Bier und insbesondere Heineken mag, sollte sich bei einem Amsterdam-Besuch, dieses Erlebnis nicht entgehen lassen.
Richtig viel Spaß als VIP
Wir hatten die VIP-Tour und sind hellauf begeistert! Wir hatten eine bunt gemischte, sehr sympathische Truppe. Guide Stan tat sein übriges um aus der Tour ein tolles Erlebnis zu machen. Leute, macht auf jeden Fall die VIP-Tour und dann Daumen drücken, dass ihr so ne tolle Gruppe abbekommt wie wir!
Tolles Erlebnis, auch wenn ich kein Bier trinke
Sehr cooles Erlebnis! Mit dabei: Tour + Wissenswertes mit super humorvollen enthusiastischen Tourbegleitern, eigenes Etikett beschriften und Bier kaufen, Beertasting, Film in einem 360° Raum mit tollen Lichteffekten. In der Bar am Ende gab es noch 2 Bier inkl. und die Möglichkeit bei einer „Zapf-Challenge“ mitzumachen. Super amüsant und sehr empfehlenswert! Ich hatte sehr viel Spaß, obwohl ich kein Bier trinke und mit meinen Freunden da war.
VIP Führung lohnt sich
Wir gehen jedesmal immer wieder in Heineken Experience...dieses Jahr hatten wir eine VIP Führung, die sich sehr gelohnt hat. Kein Anstehen, Blick hinter die Kulissen, super Degustation mit den nötigen Erklärungen dazu...
Party für alle
Die Brauereibesichtigung ist natürlich eine Werbeaktion. Was sonst?? Die Aufmachung ist aber super gemacht. Man erfährt ein wenig über die Geschichte, aber die Tour ist absolut super. Ein kleinen zwischstopp mit Bierchen und zum Abschluss noch in die Partylocation, wo noch 2 Bier hinterherkommen ist absolut klasse. Wenn Leute sich grosse Kultur unter einer Brauereibesichtigung versprechen, weiss ich tatsächlich nicht was die erwartet haben. Wir sind eine normale Gruppe gewesen knd fanden es absolut grossartig

Für Heineken-Trinker ein muss, für die anderen Interessant
Eine interessante und abwechslungsreiche Tour für alle Bierliebhaber. Durch eine vielseitig und abwechslungsreiche Inszenierung erhält man einen tollen Einblick in die Geschichte der Firma. Insgesamt erhält man 3 Bier auf der Führung. Leider fanden wir alle, dass das Bier nicht ideal schmeckt und es in Deutschland oftmals besseres gibt. Fazit: Eine tolle Tour und auch zu empfehlen, wenn man das Bier von Heineken mag. Am besten davor einmal probieren :)

INSTAGRAM über alles! Eine sehr gut gemachte Tour für junge Influencer. Gleichzeitig freuen sich aber auch die älteren über die wirklich witzigen Dinge - eigenes Begrüßungsvideo, witzige Bilder! Das Influencer Highlight am Ende: Die Bar zwei Bier und dann der Shop - kurzweilig wenn denn alle Türen aufgehen!
Överraskande bra museum
Bättre än förväntat. Hade dock inte så höga förväntningar då jag inte brukar dricka just heineken. Men man fick en guidad tur där dom gick igenom heinekens historia och hur öl-bryggning går till. Bryggeriet är inte i bruk längre, men man har gjort om den ursprungliga bryggeribyggnaden till museum, så väldigt mycket är bevarat. Lite kul att göra sin egen flaska(kostade dock 7 euro). Formel ett avdelningen va lite roligt där verstappens kläder och pokal fanns utställda. Det ingick två öl + en smakprovsöl. Baren va dock väldigt stökig… och otroligt kladdigt golv. Och mycket få sittplatser. Hade behövts komplettera med sittplatser för man va lite trött i benen just där. Vi spenderade 2 timmar med start vid 1130. Då va det inte mycket folk, men verkade bli mer kö framåt eftermiddan

There is so much history behind Heineken, and the story of its journey was told very well by the staff completing the tours. It was a very interesting couple of hours filled with experiences, Heineken and the opportunity to create a great souvenir. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
Fun for beer lovers / F1 fans / and travelers
One of the coolest experiences I’ve had while traveling. Got to see the entire process, try lots of beer, and chat with the friendly guides and employees. Everyone was super helpful, the facility was extremely clean and well maintained, and overall a fun time! I would recommend everyone coming to Amsterdam to visit the Heineken experience, even if you’re not a huge fan of beer, you’ll love the behind-the-scenes tour and fun aspects.

Fun experience with 3 beers included (one at rooftop bar). Enjoyed it. (Better than Guinness tour!). Tour book said it was like a 90 minute commercial, I thought it was fun.
Great thing to do whilst in Amsterdam.
This was a really good experience! Great value for money. Not too busy as they don’t pile too many in at once. The guides are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed ourselves!
Worth of Visit 🍻
Brilliant place to visit. Very interesting and the tour provided by the staff was very informative and they were great at engaging with the crowd. 3x free beers included. Option to produce your own label for a bottle of Heineken Beer for around €7.50. Print your name or something else (nothing rude or they won't give you it) and collect it at the end. You do this on an easy to use self service machine part way through the tour. Plenty if options to take photographs in interactive ares which you can e-mail to yourself. Shop at the end has a wide variety if merchandise that you can purchase at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit.
A must see in Amsterdam
This was a great experience, the people who ran the tour were wonderful and quite knowledgeable. My wife and I meet people from all over the world on the tour and while tasting the beer. We thoughtfully enjoyed this experience.

It was engaging, enjoyed learning the history and ofcourse trying the beer.! There were lots of interactive parts which kept the experience fun. We both had a great time! Erg leuk om te doen! Leuke activiteiten naast de geschiedenis van bierbrouwer en Heineken. Jammer dat je als afsluiting moest staan met een glas in je hand. Zet daar wat meer statafels neer en wat krukken/bankjes.

We really didn't know what to expect from this place. But went for it anyways. It was above all expectations. We really injoyed the mix of information about the brewing process and just fun details about Heineken. Definitely worth a visit.

I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Heineken Experience was unforgettable visit. From your staff who are friendly and helpful, right through to the end where we got 2 free beers. We did the roof top experience too, with a free beer and the view from the top was amazing. I did notice, it's not a bad point and no marks taken away. If you go, do a early tour, we did 1pm and it relatively quite, but finished both experiences at around 1530 and it was VERY busy.

This was a highlight of our Amsterdam holiday! Such an amazing staff, Danny for example, brilliant! This is something we would recommend to anyone coming to AMS! This experience was much better that written on the website!
An average beer factory tour...
It's alright, if you like beer and especially Heineken. Guides' story-telling is interesting but the museum/tour is not overly exciting. You can do it in an hour, the best part for many is the free beer you get in the end!

La Heineken Experience fue mucho más de lo que esperaba. Aprendí sobre los ingredientes de la cerveza, su historia, el proceso de elaboración y hasta cómo servir el vaso perfecto (¡con espuma y todo!). Todo está presentado de forma interactiva y divertida, lo que hace que aprendas sin darte cuenta. Además, elegimos el Rock the City Combo, que incluye un paseo en barco por los canales al finalizar la visita. Fue el cierre ideal: relajante, con vistas preciosas de Ámsterdam desde el agua, y una forma única de disfrutar la ciudad. Una experiencia súper completa que recomiendo mucho, tanto si eres fan de la cerveza como si solo buscas hacer algo diferente y entretenido en la ciudad.
Grab the Rock the City ticket — such a great combo!
We had such a great time at the Heineken Experience! From the moment you walk in, everything is super interactive and well-designed. We learned all about the history of Heineken and how the beer is made and even got to see some cool vintage ads and brewing equipment. I recommend trying the Rock the City experience, which combines the Heineken Experience with a 45-minute boat ride through the canals—such a great combo! The best part? The tastings! You get to enjoy freshly poured Heineken and hang out in a fun bar setting at the end. The staff is friendly, the vibe is great, and it’s perfect whether you’re a beer lover or just looking for a fun activity in Amsterdam. I definitely recommend it!
It’s worth doing if you like beer
Good and worth doing. It’s not a huge history lesson or anything, but the ‘experience’ is pretty cool and certainly better than most brewery tours. Should do it if you at all like Heineken or beer in general.

Ho visitato l’Heineken® Experience ad Amsterdam e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero interessante e divertente! Il percorso all’interno dell’ex birrificio è ben organizzato, interattivo e coinvolgente. Si parte con un po’ di storia del marchio Heineken, seguita da varie stanze dove si possono vedere le fasi della produzione della birra, con effetti visivi e sonori molto ben fatti. Una delle parti più divertenti è stata la simulazione in cui “diventi birra”, con vibrazioni e spruzzi d’acqua: inaspettata e simpatica! Alla fine della visita, ci sono delle degustazioni incluse e un’area bar molto bella dove si può gustare una Heineken fresca alla spina. Lo staff è cordiale e l’ambiente è moderno e dinamico. È un’esperienza perfetta sia per gli appassionati di birra che per chi vuole semplicemente divertirsi e scoprire qualcosa di nuovo ad Amsterdam. Voto: 5 stelle! Consigliatissimo!

Pre-booked for tour was necessary. The brewery tour introduced history of brewery and beer-making process was interesting and informative. The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Good atmosphere. During the tour, we received total three drinks. The only negative thing was the group was quite big. Great experiences. Must a visit in Amsterdam.

The boys certainly enjoyed it. Beyond the "sampling", of course, thanks to the bar at the rooftop terrace - which has an extraordinary view indeed, until it starts to get more and more blurry... lol... - . (But I drink alone… re: the George Thorogood song…)
Rock the city
Pacchetto "Rock the city" ovvero visita guidata del birrificio+tour in battello. Per noi questa visita è stata bellissima e immersiva. I ragazzi sono sempre stati gentili, sorridenti e simpatici, impossibile non apprezzarli ! Si vede che amano il loro lavoro! Non si tratta di una semplice visita guidata, ma si vive l'esperienza di "essere imbottitigliati" . È una cosa davvero carina! Nel pacchetto sono comprese 3 birre + 1 nella gita in battello. Anche la vista dei canali ha meritato. Siamo stati accompagnati dalla guida di Lorenzo che ci ha spiegato diversi fatti curiosi. Io la consiglio!
Impulsive visit
We visited in April as part of a trip to the city. It was better than we weee expecting and really clever how they made the experience interactive. We did the rooftop experience as well.

Wow! Totally not what expected. What a great tour/experience. My wife went along for the ride, and had more fun than I did! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam!
Assolutamente da fare
Esperienza all’interno dell’antica fabbrica Heineken che inizia subito con personale scherzoso e disponibile. Il tour si divide in spiegazioni sulla produzione della birra e sulla storia della fabbrica, per poi continuare in molte stanze con esperienze interattive. Il tour finisce nel bar dove si ha la possibilità di bere 2 birre offerte da loro.
Not your typical brewery tour!
Having been on a few brewery tours before, I wasn't sure what to expect from one that calls itself an "experience." Well, it is worth the name. Sure, you get the history of Heineken and get to see the original brewery, but there are some fun and very interactive elements that elevate the whole thing and distinguish it from your run-of-the-mill brewery tour. If you're looking for a fun way to spend 90 minutes, either as a way of kicking off your evening out (2 beers are included) or an afternoon with friends, definitely worth considering. Highly recommend.
Interactive, fun, and informative
I’ve been on a few brewery tours. This rates S one of the best. The guides are enthusiastic and the interactive components make it extraordinary. Photos and videos that you can immediately post and 2 and 1/2 beers.
Worth a Visit!
Well worth a visit. Staff are very polite and helpful. The experience was very interesting. Well worth spending a few quid more to go to the roof terrace which has a fab view and lovely in the sunshine.

C'était excellent il y avait une bonne ambiance le guide qui était avec nous étais très dynamique et sympa, à la fin de la visite on peut profiter d'un rooftop en sirotant des bières. 10/10
As expected good tour
I think it’s worth the visit & see the journey of the beer. You get 2 1/2 beers at the end, there is an option for nonalcoholic beer too.
