Je kunt maximaal 20 minuten in de Icebar doorbrengen terwijl je geniet van nog twee gratis drankjes, waarna je zoveel tijd in de warme bar kunt doorbrengen als je wilt. Drink een biertje in de oude Heineken brouwerij
De eerste brouwerij van Heineken staat nog steeds in het hart van Amsterdam. Toen ze hier stopten met brouwen hebben ze het gebouw omgetoverd tot een unieke merkervaring, die een 'must-do' is voor elke bierliefhebber. Natuurlijk kun je het bier zelf proeven, twee biertjes zijn bij je bezoek inbegrepen, maar er is hier nog veel meer te doen.
Je leert over het verhaal van Heineken, hoe het begon in 1864, hoe het bedrijf een wereldwijd fenomeen werd en natuurlijk hoe het bier wordt gemaakt. Er zijn ook veel interactieve tentoonstellingen om uit te proberen. Je kunt je eigen bieretiket maken en ontdekken hoe je Heineken bier het beste kunt proeven en ervan kunt genieten.
Bezoek de Noordpool in hartje Amsterdam
De ijskoude Amsterdam Icebar is een van de meest unieke locaties in de stad en absoluut de coolste bar van de stad. Er zijn in feite twee bars binnen; de eerste is een gezellige en warme kroeg, terwijl de tweede een bevroren wonder is. In de ijsbar word je omringd door ijs waar je ook kijkt, van de muren tot de glazen waarin je drankjes worden geserveerd, omdat het het bevroren eiland voorstelt waar de Nederlandse ontdekkingsreiziger Willem Barentsz in 1596 strandde.
Je ticket is inclusief 1 drankje in de kroeg en 2 drankjes in de ijsbar. Natuurlijk kun je in beide bars kiezen uit onder andere Heineken bier. In de kroeg kun je verder kiezen uit cocktails en shotjes, terwijl je in de ijsbar ook kunt kiezen voor shotjes of sinaasappelsap als je wat vitamines nodig hebt om de vrieskou te overleven.

Bar con un concepto diferente
Es realmente diferente la experiencia de La cabina de hielo. Las bebidas que se sieven en dicho espacio buenas. Como visita corta es una buena experiencia.
Good place
Had a fab time here a couple of days ago and lasted longer in the ice room than I thought. Only fault, we turned up at 3pm which we had booked a few weeks prior to be told then don't open until 3.45. I think they should have emailed us to let us know of their change of opening times

Best bar! Top!! Nice people. 100% recomended. Inside de ice bar is surreal, with ice sculptures and almost -10 degrees. Go visit!!

Super cool isbar!
Vilken cool upplevelse! Rekommenderas varmt! När du kom till stället fick du först sitta i detas vanliga bar och ta något ich dricka medan du fick vänta tills din tid var för att få besöka isbaren. Endast ett antal fick gå in samtidigt. Precis innan du fick gå in fick du låna varma kläder. När du kom in till isbaren fick du ett glas som var gjort av is. Du blev erbjuden både alkohol och alkohol fritt alternativ. Väldigt häftigt! Jag rekommenderar att man tar med egna vantar och en mössa för det blir kallare än vad man tror, eftersom det alltid är max -10 grader inne i isbaren.

Det er som de fleste andre Ice Bar - men herinde har de noget specielt vodka med forskellige smage der er klart anbefalingsværdige :-) Derudover kan man i den anden bar (den varme) sidde og nyde drinks bagefer...

Erg leuk om te doen! Leuke activiteiten naast de geschiedenis van bierbrouwer en Heineken. Jammer dat je als afsluiting moest staan met een glas in je hand. Zet daar wat meer statafels neer en wat krukken/bankjes.
Trotse enthousiaste medewerkers, VIP the Best!
Een aanrader! De VIP tour van 65,- heeft een absolute meerwaarde. Wij waren samen en hadden een intieme groep van 10 personen van Amerika, Engeland, Polen wat het zeer interessant maakte. Hoe keek iedereen naar Heineken en naar Nederland leverde mooie inzichten op in de geheime private bar waar de tasting was. We voelden ons helemaal VIP, Heineken was schuitig met het bier en we mochten ook nog naar de rooftop (extra gekregen) ook een aanrader! Als je twijfelt of het 65,- euro waard is… Jaaa!!
De moeite waard om te doen
Leuke tour met veel interactie en immersie. De moeite waard als je van bier houdt! Natuurlijk wel heel touristisch maar leuk opgezet.

Leuke geanimeerde tour, jammer dat je ENKEL bier kreeg, geen alternatief voor degene die gaan fan zijn of zwangere vrouwen.
Heerlijk biertje
De oude Heineken brouwerij die omgetoverd is tot museum. Vooral bedoeld voor de vele (buitenlandse) toeristen want alles wat je wilt weten over 'Neerlands Trots' gaat in het Engels. Maar goed: de medewerkers doen echt hun uiterste best om het verhaal enthousiast over te brengen en slagen daar best goed in. De één weliswaar wat beter dan de ander maar wat ze heel goed doen: je krijgt zin in bier! Wat museum betreft is het leuk maar niet heel bijzonder. Groot verschil bijvoorbeeld met de Bitburger of Warsteiner brouwerij, die zijn toch echt veel indrukwekkender. Maar: het slot van het bezoek is zeer fijn. Na al die verhalen over bier krijg je er twee die vers getapt zijn. En eerlijk is eerlijk: die zijn heerlijk! Cheers!

Zeer leuke ervaring en we werden goed begeleid door de tour heen. Lekker getapt biertje gehad dus dat was ook top! Aan het eind nog een paar leuke merchandise kunnen kopen. Tijdens de uitleg/ begin van de tour waren de groepen te groot waardoor je niet alles kon zien of horen! Verder erg tevreden en goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Tip van flip: neem een lekkere Heineken in plaats van een fruitbiertje op de rooftop.
VIP tour is aanrader!
De VIP tour is geweldig. Wij hadden een leuke gids, Josefien. Ze nam ons mee door de brouwerij en vertelde over de geschiedenis en andere wetenswaardigheden. Een proeverij met biertjes en hapjes was onderdeel van de tour; erg leuk en lekker.
Heerlijk helder Heineken
Leuke rondleiding door de oude Heineken fabriek. Uiteraard zeer commercieel, maar ook leerzaam en leuk. Je moet echter wel Engels kunnen want alles is in die taal. Toen wij er waren, vlak voor de Corona perikelen, waren de deelnemers aan de rondleiding vooral toeristen, afkomstig uit de hele wereld. Maar het is wel de moeite waard.

Geschiedenis van de bierbrouwerij in hip jasje... gewoon leuk om te doen! Een app voor extra verhalen en gratis bier als afsluiter..

Best experience in Amsterdam
We loved every minute of this, as non beer drinkers our expectations were not that high, however the staff changed this. Lola and the team were incredible! We started off with a tour of the old brewery and the history of Heineken, followed by a interactive experience about how the beer is made and we then enter the bar to use our 2 tokens included in the price.The beer pouring competition was a standout, all the staff were incredible, welcoming, loved to chat to all of us l, and hand out prizes. Special shoutout to Lola, thank you so much, highly recommend for everyone to go for a bit of fun and some beers!
Vibes were immaculate!
An absolutely amazing experience! Rory was fantastic at introducing the tour and the tour itself was very informative, and the games and photo opps were amazing! The bar itself was wonderful, the draught challenge was a highlight and the vibes were immaculate. We then went to the rooftop bar where Lola was the best part of the experience and was the best at running the cornhole game, she really made our trip a highlight! Would absolutely recommend and tou should need at least 3 hours because you will spend forever in the bar!
Pretty good
Not too shabby a trip.to be honest. The guides knew their history and spoke with enthusiasm. The history and experience was good and plenty to see. The beer of course is an essential part of the experience and we did the rooftop add on, which was worth it for the views, but don't do it in bad weather, we were lucky enough to have excellent weather, hot with plenty of sun. My only fault was the size of the gear at the end for buying. Sixes up to 2xL only. So if your a cuddly or muscle guy your going to struggle with the merch. Otherwise a good trip.

Amazing VIP Experience
The VIP tour was incredible! Our guide Tom was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable of the history of Heineken. I couldn't drink alcohol at the time of the tour and fully expected to only have Heineken 0.0, but to my surprise I was served 4 different beers at 0.0 while my group was given the full tasting experience. It was so enjoyable, I felt fully immersed in the experience and would speak highly of this tour to any and all.
Fun experience
The experience was educational and interesting . The taste of Beer at the end was nice touch not very expensive experience . we moved threw the building without wasting time.
Pricey but really good
Initially I thought that this experience was overpriced but on reflection it probably delivers just about value for money. You start off by exploring the history of the beer right through to modern day and there are free photo opportunities as you go round plus a couple of samples.
Beer, Boats, and Great Vibes
We did the Heineken Experience with the canal cruise add-on, and it was a blast from start to finish. The Heineken tour was interactive and fun—not just about beer, but the brand's history, brewing process, and even a bit of VR. The free beers at the end were a nice touch too. After that, we hopped on the canal cruise, which was the perfect way to wind down. Christina and Tim were our hosts, and they were amazing—funny, friendly, and full of cool facts about Amsterdam. The combo of chill vibes, and great views made it one of the best parts of the day.
Rooftop bar good addition
We had previously done this tour a few years ago. This time it felt more rushed. A lot more people and the tours are self guided so you get people constantly talking over the staff who are giving talks. The bar at the end was very crowded. Definitely pleased we opted to do the rooftop bar. Only about an extra €10 for the both of us. Great views over the city, less crowded and an additional drink.

La visita è ben organizzata, un mix tra storia del marchio, curiosità sulla produzione e tante installazioni coinvolgenti. Bella l’atmosfera, giovane e dinamica, con momenti interattivi che rendono il tour leggero e piacevole. Alla fine, una birra fresca da gustare.
Suprisingly FUN!
I didn't expect to enjoy this tour as much as I did. We learned a lot about how they make Heineken and beer in general. The young people were fun to interact with, and you get a couple of beers for what is a pretty cheap ticket of around $25. It's not high culture, but neither is the Red Light District, and we did that too. So I recommend this if you are looking for something to do in Amsterdam besides museums and canal cruises.
Adult Family fun.
The Heineken Experience was a good fun time. My two adult kids made this tour for the family in Amsterdam and my wife is not a big beer drinker but she enjoyed it a lot. The only down side we could say was the "Rooftop Experience" Wasn't to good for the added price.
Enable experience
We spent an enjoyable couple of hours here learning the history of Heineken beer. Parts of the tour are interactive to keep it interesting. The free beers were a bonus, but the bar did get busy around lunchtime and limited seating area.
Överraskande bra museum
Bättre än förväntat. Hade dock inte så höga förväntningar då jag inte brukar dricka just heineken. Men man fick en guidad tur där dom gick igenom heinekens historia och hur öl-bryggning går till. Bryggeriet är inte i bruk längre, men man har gjort om den ursprungliga bryggeribyggnaden till museum, så väldigt mycket är bevarat. Lite kul att göra sin egen flaska(kostade dock 7 euro). Formel ett avdelningen va lite roligt där verstappens kläder och pokal fanns utställda. Det ingick två öl + en smakprovsöl. Baren va dock väldigt stökig… och otroligt kladdigt golv. Och mycket få sittplatser. Hade behövts komplettera med sittplatser för man va lite trött i benen just där. Vi spenderade 2 timmar med start vid 1130. Då va det inte mycket folk, men verkade bli mer kö framåt eftermiddan

There is so much history behind Heineken, and the story of its journey was told very well by the staff completing the tours. It was a very interesting couple of hours filled with experiences, Heineken and the opportunity to create a great souvenir. I’d recommend this to anyone visiting Amsterdam.
Fun for beer lovers / F1 fans / and travelers
One of the coolest experiences I’ve had while traveling. Got to see the entire process, try lots of beer, and chat with the friendly guides and employees. Everyone was super helpful, the facility was extremely clean and well maintained, and overall a fun time! I would recommend everyone coming to Amsterdam to visit the Heineken experience, even if you’re not a huge fan of beer, you’ll love the behind-the-scenes tour and fun aspects.

Fun experience with 3 beers included (one at rooftop bar). Enjoyed it. (Better than Guinness tour!). Tour book said it was like a 90 minute commercial, I thought it was fun.

This was a really good experience! Great value for money. Not too busy as they don’t pile too many in at once. The guides are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed ourselves!
Worth of Visit 🍻
Brilliant place to visit. Very interesting and the tour provided by the staff was very informative and they were great at engaging with the crowd. 3x free beers included. Option to produce your own label for a bottle of Heineken Beer for around €7.50. Print your name or something else (nothing rude or they won't give you it) and collect it at the end. You do this on an easy to use self service machine part way through the tour. Plenty if options to take photographs in interactive ares which you can e-mail to yourself. Shop at the end has a wide variety if merchandise that you can purchase at reasonable prices. Definitely worth a visit.
A must see in Amsterdam
This was a great experience, the people who ran the tour were wonderful and quite knowledgeable. My wife and I meet people from all over the world on the tour and while tasting the beer. We thoughtfully enjoyed this experience.

I booked as part of hubby’s bday trip to Amsterdam. I didn’t know what to expect when booking this but wow was this a great experience! It was engaging, enjoyed learning the history and ofcourse trying the beer.! There were lots of interactive parts which kept the experience fun. We both had a great time! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Heineken Experience was unforgettable visit. From your staff who are friendly and helpful, right through to the end where we got 2 free beers. We did the roof top experience too, with a free beer and the view from the top was amazing. I did notice, it's not a bad point and no marks taken away. If you go, do a early tour, we did 1pm and it relatively quite, but finished both experiences at around 1530 and it was VERY busy.

This was a highlight of our Amsterdam holiday! Such an amazing staff, Danny for example, brilliant! This is something we would recommend to anyone coming to AMS! This experience was much better that written on the website!
An average beer factory tour...
It's alright, if you like beer and especially Heineken. Guides' story-telling is interesting but the museum/tour is not overly exciting. You can do it in an hour, the best part for many is the free beer you get in the end!

La Heineken Experience fue mucho más de lo que esperaba. Aprendí sobre los ingredientes de la cerveza, su historia, el proceso de elaboración y hasta cómo servir el vaso perfecto (¡con espuma y todo!). Todo está presentado de forma interactiva y divertida, lo que hace que aprendas sin darte cuenta. Además, elegimos el Rock the City Combo, que incluye un paseo en barco por los canales al finalizar la visita. Fue el cierre ideal: relajante, con vistas preciosas de Ámsterdam desde el agua, y una forma única de disfrutar la ciudad. Una experiencia súper completa que recomiendo mucho, tanto si eres fan de la cerveza como si solo buscas hacer algo diferente y entretenido en la ciudad.
Grab the Rock the City ticket — such a great combo!
We had such a great time at the Heineken Experience! From the moment you walk in, everything is super interactive and well-designed. We learned all about the history of Heineken and how the beer is made and even got to see some cool vintage ads and brewing equipment. I recommend trying the Rock the City experience, which combines the Heineken Experience with a 45-minute boat ride through the canals—such a great combo! The best part? The tastings! You get to enjoy freshly poured Heineken and hang out in a fun bar setting at the end. The staff is friendly, the vibe is great, and it’s perfect whether you’re a beer lover or just looking for a fun activity in Amsterdam. I definitely recommend it!
It’s worth doing if you like beer
Good and worth doing. It’s not a huge history lesson or anything, but the ‘experience’ is pretty cool and certainly better than most brewery tours. Should do it if you at all like Heineken or beer in general.

Ho visitato l’Heineken® Experience ad Amsterdam e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza davvero interessante e divertente! Il percorso all’interno dell’ex birrificio è ben organizzato, interattivo e coinvolgente. Si parte con un po’ di storia del marchio Heineken, seguita da varie stanze dove si possono vedere le fasi della produzione della birra, con effetti visivi e sonori molto ben fatti. Una delle parti più divertenti è stata la simulazione in cui “diventi birra”, con vibrazioni e spruzzi d’acqua: inaspettata e simpatica! Alla fine della visita, ci sono delle degustazioni incluse e un’area bar molto bella dove si può gustare una Heineken fresca alla spina. Lo staff è cordiale e l’ambiente è moderno e dinamico. È un’esperienza perfetta sia per gli appassionati di birra che per chi vuole semplicemente divertirsi e scoprire qualcosa di nuovo ad Amsterdam. Voto: 5 stelle! Consigliatissimo!
