Je tijdslot geeft aan wanneer je de Icebar in kunt. Je moet minstens 20 minuten van tevoren aanwezig zijn, zodat je genoeg tijd hebt om van je eerste gratis drankje in de warme bar te genieten. Je kunt maximaal 20 minuten in de Icebar doorbrengen terwijl je geniet van nog twee gratis drankjes, waarna je zoveel tijd in de warme bar kunt doorbrengen als je wilt. De geschatte duur is inclusief de tijd voor het tijdslot.

Drink een biertje in de oude Heineken brouwerij
De eerste brouwerij van Heineken staat nog steeds in het hart van Amsterdam. Toen ze hier stopten met brouwen hebben ze het gebouw omgetoverd tot een unieke merkervaring, die een 'must-do' is voor elke bierliefhebber. Natuurlijk kun je het bier zelf proeven, twee biertjes zijn bij je bezoek inbegrepen, maar er is hier nog veel meer te doen.
Je leert over het verhaal van Heineken, hoe het begon in 1864, hoe het bedrijf een wereldwijd fenomeen werd en natuurlijk hoe het bier wordt gemaakt. Er zijn ook veel interactieve tentoonstellingen om uit te proberen. Je kunt je eigen bieretiket maken en ontdekken hoe je Heineken bier het beste kunt proeven en ervan kunt genieten.
Bezoek de Noordpool in hartje Amsterdam
De ijskoude Amsterdam Icebar is een van de meest unieke locaties in de stad en absoluut de coolste bar van de stad. Er zijn in feite twee bars binnen; de eerste is een gezellige en warme kroeg, terwijl de tweede een bevroren wonder is. In de ijsbar word je omringd door ijs waar je ook kijkt, van de muren tot de glazen waarin je drankjes worden geserveerd, omdat het het bevroren eiland voorstelt waar de Nederlandse ontdekkingsreiziger Willem Barentsz in 1596 strandde.
Je ticket is inclusief 1 drankje in de kroeg en 2 drankjes in de ijsbar. Natuurlijk kun je in beide bars kiezen uit onder andere Heineken bier. In de kroeg kun je verder kiezen uit cocktails en shotjes, terwijl je in de ijsbar ook kunt kiezen voor shotjes of sinaasappelsap als je wat vitamines nodig hebt om de vrieskou te overleven.

Bar con un concepto diferente
Es realmente diferente la experiencia de La cabina de hielo. Las bebidas que se sieven en dicho espacio buenas. Como visita corta es una buena experiencia.

Had a fab time here a couple of days ago and lasted longer in the ice room than I thought. Only fault, we turned up at 3pm which we had booked a few weeks prior to be told then don't open until 3.45. I think they should have emailed us to let us know of their change of opening times

Best bar! Top!! Nice people. 100% recomended. Inside de ice bar is surreal, with ice sculptures and almost -10 degrees. Go visit!!

Super cool isbar!
Vilken cool upplevelse! Rekommenderas varmt! När du kom till stället fick du först sitta i detas vanliga bar och ta något ich dricka medan du fick vänta tills din tid var för att få besöka isbaren. Endast ett antal fick gå in samtidigt. Precis innan du fick gå in fick du låna varma kläder. När du kom in till isbaren fick du ett glas som var gjort av is. Du blev erbjuden både alkohol och alkohol fritt alternativ. Väldigt häftigt! Jag rekommenderar att man tar med egna vantar och en mössa för det blir kallare än vad man tror, eftersom det alltid är max -10 grader inne i isbaren.

Det er som de fleste andre Ice Bar - men herinde har de noget specielt vodka med forskellige smage der er klart anbefalingsværdige :-) Derudover kan man i den anden bar (den varme) sidde og nyde drinks bagefer...

Heerlijk biertje
De oude Heineken brouwerij die omgetoverd is tot museum. Vooral bedoeld voor de vele (buitenlandse) toeristen want alles wat je wilt weten over 'Neerlands Trots' gaat in het Engels. Maar goed: de medewerkers doen echt hun uiterste best om het verhaal enthousiast over te brengen en slagen daar best goed in. De één weliswaar wat beter dan de ander maar wat ze heel goed doen: je krijgt zin in bier! Wat museum betreft is het leuk maar niet heel bijzonder. Groot verschil bijvoorbeeld met de Bitburger of Warsteiner brouwerij, die zijn toch echt veel indrukwekkender. Maar: het slot van het bezoek is zeer fijn. Na al die verhalen over bier krijg je er twee die vers getapt zijn. En eerlijk is eerlijk: die zijn heerlijk! Cheers!

Erg leuk om te doen!
Zeer leuke ervaring en we werden goed begeleid door de tour heen. Lekker getapt biertje gehad dus dat was ook top! Aan het eind nog een paar leuke merchandise kunnen kopen. Tijdens de uitleg/ begin van de tour waren de groepen te groot waardoor je niet alles kon zien of horen! Verder erg tevreden en goeie prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Tip van flip: neem een lekkere Heineken in plaats van een fruitbiertje op de rooftop.

VIP tour is aanrader!
De VIP tour is geweldig. Wij hadden een leuke gids, Josefien. Ze nam ons mee door de brouwerij en vertelde over de geschiedenis en andere wetenswaardigheden. Een proeverij met biertjes en hapjes was onderdeel van de tour; erg leuk en lekker.

Heerlijk helder Heineken
Leuke rondleiding door de oude Heineken fabriek. Uiteraard zeer commercieel, maar ook leerzaam en leuk. Je moet echter wel Engels kunnen want alles is in die taal. Toen wij er waren, vlak voor de Corona perikelen, waren de deelnemers aan de rondleiding vooral toeristen, afkomstig uit de hele wereld. Maar het is wel de moeite waard.

Esperienza graditissima nel museum Heineken, dove con il tour riscopri tutti i passaggi di questa famosa birra e dopo la storia tutti i giochi che i ragazzi offrono come la foto mentre si pedala e si canta in olandese, come spillare la birra e poi tanti boccali di birra in offerta..consigliato esperienza molto bella e particolare

Been there twice, would recommend
I have been there once with my partner and once again with some friends with few years difference and had fun both times. You can see how Heineken has changed through time, how the beer is made, you can have fun in the different rooms and you get 3 beers at the end of the experience. They also have a rooftop but it’s not opened all the time, second time we went it was under renovation, but the whole tour was still good. Price is also affordable. You can make your personalised bottled beer with your name and date on it and take it with yourself as a memory 😊 Would like to visit again

Great tour
The Heineken Experience was a great tour we really enjoyed it it's a self guided tour but there are sections were there are staff member telling you about the brewing and ingredients which is a great touch much preferred this to just being left to walk around on your own, you get to taste the Heineken too which was great I would highly recommend this tour. You got 2/3 drinks on this tour.

Engaging experience at the Heineken museum
The Heineken museum was a fun and interactive tour that offered great insights into the brewing process and brand history. There are engaging exhibits and delicious tastings. It is a must-visit for anyone who loves a good beer. We even sent postcards to our family in the UK, which was a very nice personal touch. We say Proost - cheers!

Reasonably priced fab experience. Definitely not for drivers. Great tour at your own speed. Sample beer 1/2 way round. At the end of the tour you can exchange your chips provided at the beginning ice the tour for two glasses of Heineken they do have 0 alcohol too. Fab shop at the end with no pressure to purchase. Highly recommend. Best experience we have visited in the last week

Recommend the early VIP experience while quiet
We were only able to find 10am VIP tickets but were glad we did. Bobby provided a fantastic guided (VIP) tour so we had the main areas to ourselves. Had a fun tasting session in Freddy’s Bar. We met some lovely people in our group of 10 which made for a fun and sociable ending in the bar downstairs. Highly recommend!

Hmmm ‘new experience’
Visited about 3 years ago and has been upgraded to entertain younger adults who enjoy beer. Was a shame the horses were no longer there. Wouldnt say I enjoyed the ‘new’ experience, the history was interesting, dont think I would visit again.

Fully immersed at the Heineken brewery!
A fun brand experience! A nice way to spend an afternoon discovering where it all began. A short history of the Heineken brand follows a quick tour of the brewery itself topping it off with an exhilarating brand immersion and a social at the brewery's own bar where you can sample both the original Heineken beer and the new 0.0% alcohol beer (you almost can't tell the difference). Make sure to get your customised beer bottle and merchandise on the way out!

Really interesting presentation of the Heineken story. Well worth a visit.
Story was presented in an inactive and interesting format to keep everyone interested. Had some fun souvenir photo/videos you can do for a laugh. Two beers in the bar at the end. Very busy, noise and sticky floor, but great for people watching. A great experience we thoroughly enjoyed.

Für Biertrinker schön und interessant
Sehr schöne Führung durch die ehemalige Brauerei im Stadtzentrum von Amsterdam. Die Tickets für diese Führung kann man vorab online buchen oder noch vor Ort an einem Self-Service-Terminal. Preislich gibt es zwischen beiden Varianten keinen Unterschied. Die Tickets sind immer für einen Time-Slot von 15 Minuten gültig. Während der Führung die teilweise durch Guides erfolgt und teilweise über einen Audioguide, den man mittels QR-Code auf dem Handy aufruft, bietet viele interessante Infos. Da hier kein Bier mehr gebraut wird, ist die Führung auf visuelle Erlebnisse ausgelegt. Im Laufe der Führung erhält man insgesamt drei Getränke. Gegen Zahlung eines Aufpreises ist zum Abschluss der Besuch der Roof-Top-Bar möglich. Wer Bier und insbesondere Heineken mag, sollte sich bei einem Amsterdam-Besuch, dieses Erlebnis nicht entgehen lassen.

An essential part of a visit to the Dutch capital
My husband and I recently visited Amsterdam and felt it would rude not to visit the Heineken experience, and we also decided to do it properly and treat ourselves to the VIP tickets. I'm so glad we did. The staff on arrival were welcoming and friendly, and explained what we needed to do and where to go. We were a little early so they let us go up to the rooftop bar for a look at the view, sadly it was raining but the brief view we did see was worth it. Back downstairs our VIP guide Suzanne was fantastic. She was engaging, warm, funny and very knowledgable. The tour around the site was very interesting, and in a small group (12 of us) was perfectly paced. I learned a lot, and we had plenty of photo opportunities and chances to ask questions. The best bit was the beer tasting in one of the secret bars. We were given 5 different beers and ciders to enjoy along with matching snacks which all went down very well, even if they weren't all to my taste. I was very happy by the end lol! Each beverage had its own distinct glass and went very well with the snacks, it was nice too to learn a little about our tour mates who came from all corners of the globe We finished the evening in the main bar where we swapped our tokens for a glass of Heineken, the local variety I discovered I enjoy very very much. The bar was loud and packed, but not uncomfortably so, like a typical nightclub. The place was buzzing and left me feeling very chilled out. We both loved it and after 3 hours there felt we very much got our moneys worth.

Pleased with our experience
Made beer drinking Fun! They do teach you about the making of their famous beer and you have ample opportunity to sample it! The experience is a bit kitchy, but it is fun. Recommend going up to the rooftop as it has a lovely view of the city.

Last minute Heineken experience
Had a lovely day at the Heineken experience really enjoyed it was very interesting to hear the history of the building plus learn how the beer was brewed .. I did enjoy the interactive experience ride where you are actually the “beer” being brewed and bottled it was different and very enjoyable as you get cheeky beer after it 👍👍 And loved the journey through the champions league & the Grand Prix which Heineken sponsor was great I really enjoyed the experience and the beers at the end were chilled to perfection I must say left with a few souvenirs.. I’d recommend it’s a good 2hours + if your looking to see it all Thank you

This tour was very well done. It was a good mix of information with fun. You end in a bar where you can enjoy your beer! I would also recommend going to the rooftop where you can get different infused foams added to your beer!

An Amsterdam must do
As someone that doesn’t typically drink lager, I wasn’t sure if this would be the tour for me, however I was so sold after hearing the history and having samples along the way that Heineken was all I drank for the rest of the trip! The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, the tour was engaging and the souvenirs at the end were great fun. Thoroughly recommend adding on the rooftop drink at the end, the views were amazing.

Amazing place, book in advance, staff super nice!! The roof top view worth 100% . I totally recommend people to go. You get 3 free paints (small ones) 2 if you do not go to the rooftop (you have to buy the ticket with the roof top included). They have cold drinks for the ones that do not like beer.

Worth a visit!
Like a wee visit to the Heineken Experience - this is my second time. I would say the interactive "being bottled" experience was better last time I was there in 2016 but it is still good fun especially with the links to sport. I couldn't find my confirmation email so we went along to the brewery early and the staff were so so kind and helpful getting our tickets sorted out. A lovely laidback atmosphere when I was a bit stressed! Jossie (Josephine) was the manager who helped us! Thanks!!

Interesting but not unforgetable experience
Starting the day with few beers is always great, however, something is missing in this experience to make it 5*. A bit of history, a bit of fun facts and a bit of audiovisuality makes a good combo but not something unforgettable. Although the guides and staff are very friendly, funny and keeping up the mood high. I would recommend visiting in the morning since it won’t be overcrowded. Rooftop terrace isn’t something that is worth paying on top.

Richtig viel Spaß als VIP
Wir hatten die VIP-Tour und sind hellauf begeistert! Wir hatten eine bunt gemischte, sehr sympathische Truppe. Guide Stan tat sein übriges um aus der Tour ein tolles Erlebnis zu machen. Leute, macht auf jeden Fall die VIP-Tour und dann Daumen drücken, dass ihr so ne tolle Gruppe abbekommt wie wir!

For the beer drinker! And partner😁 we bought our tickets online but we're able to start before our scheduled time. Self-directed with input from staff. Keep in mind tat part of your fee includes 2 beer per person. There is no food available! Well worth the time and money!

VIP tour is worth the cost!
We had a great time in the VIP tour - Jordan was an excellent guide, we had a lot of fun. It was great to see everything behind the scenes and be away from the crowds of the other tours. The private tasting room with snacks was a plus! Not too much more than the other tours cost wise so I recommend. I’ve done a lot of brewery tours and this was definitely one of the better organized experiences.

What a fun afternoon
Being in Amsterdam for a few days before boarding a river cruise to Bucharest, my wife and I opted to take the Heineken Experience VIP tour. What a fun day that turned out to be. We were placed in a group with about 10 other people. Our guide gave us a great tour of the old brewery and provided us the history of Heineken. After the tour we were taken to a secret room where we were able to try 5 different beverages (4 beer and a shandy) paired with foods to bring out the flavors of the beverages.

Tolles Erlebnis, auch wenn ich kein Bier trinke
Sehr cooles Erlebnis! Mit dabei: Tour + Wissenswertes mit super humorvollen enthusiastischen Tourbegleitern, eigenes Etikett beschriften und Bier kaufen, Beertasting, Film in einem 360° Raum mit tollen Lichteffekten. In der Bar am Ende gab es noch 2 Bier inkl. und die Möglichkeit bei einer „Zapf-Challenge“ mitzumachen. Super amüsant und sehr empfehlenswert! Ich hatte sehr viel Spaß, obwohl ich kein Bier trinke und mit meinen Freunden da war.

A must visit!
Wow!! Went as part of our trip to Amsterdam for my Birthday and the entire experience was incredible! from the moment I had my ID Checked upon entry the staff were incredible and went out of their way to ensure I had an excellent experience. I'd like to say a special thanks to the Man with mid length blonde hair who was absloutely amazing, he greeted me at the start and arranged for me to have a birthday hat, and came up to me at the end and handed me a complimentary gift bottle and was an absloute gem all throughout the tour. I'd defintitely reccommend this, and I would 100% go back.

De passage à Amsterdam, cette expérience semble inévitable ! Les prix sont, de mon point de vue, très corrects. Le personnel est jeune et dynamique, ce qui valorise davantage la visite. Elle se fait uniquement par un(e) anglophone, mais peut être suivie de façon audio via un tas d’autres langues. L’endroit est aménagé pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, et possède de nombreux casiers pour les effets personnels En apprendre sur cette histoire amstellodamoise vieille de presque plus de 200 ans semblait être une évidence. On recommande !

This is a really fantastic thing to do in Amsterdam! We booked the rooftop and it was my favourite bit. The standard tour will get you 2.5 beers and then an extra beer on the roof if you opt for that!!

We had a really fun time here at this experience. The whole place is well put together and the staff have high energy throughout the tour. They are informative, friendly and fun. We had a lot of beer whilst there and I would highly recommend the roof top experience here too.

Great tour
Pretty interesting to hear about the history and all-in-all just a cool experience. Great price as well considering you basically get 3 beers during the tour. The only thing I didn't really understand was the light-show, which felt kind-of childish.

I now love Heineken!!
Absolutely brilliant experience and wonderful museum! I am not a beer lover but had so much fun on this self guided tour. Very interesting information regarding the Heineken brand and you get to sample Heineken beer at the end of the experience in the bar/nightclub area. Staff were friendly and informative and I would highly recommend.

Will turn beer haters into beer lovers!
I don't even like beer and I was obsessed with this place! My boyfriend and I had so much fun on the tour. I thought I wouldn't be interested learning so much about beer but the tour guides in the different rooms were funny and we loved how interactive the whole experience was. The staff are super kind and accommodating. Even before we got to the building, when we were running behind, my boyfriend and I were easily able to get our reservation time changed by just DMing the Instagram account for the experience. Everyone who worked at the experience was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable and we learned so much about beer that we didn't expect. I loved that there were also plenty of photo and digital souvenir opportunities. The little Formula 1 set was so adorable and I had so much fun taking tons of pictures. I just wish the lighting in this place was better, there are so many weird spots where there are lights that completely ruin photo opportunities with a weird glare. My favourite part of the trip was their underground bar which gave nightclub vibes. The music was so good I wish they had a dancefloor. My boyfriend and I tried multiple beers and the regular Heineken they have on tap is the freshest beer I have ever tried in my life. I don't normally like hoppy beers, which is why I don't drink Heineken, but the flavour of this one was just so crisp and smooth. If all beer tasted like that I would a hundred percent drink more of it. They were out of their non-alcoholic beer and were serving Pepsi instead so we didn't end up getting to try that. We ended our trip on the rooftop with more beer. It had rained in the morning so it was wet and cold out there but we were able to get some cute photos in the diffused light before heading back inside. The beer at the rooftop bar definitely wasn't as fresh as the beer in the basement. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Even if you think you don't love beer like me, it's definitely a cool experience.

GREAT. BUT !!!!!!
We done the tour on Sunday the 21/07. We found the staff very helpful and friendly everything was going well till the end of the tour. My problem was with the floor where the tokens are exchanged for your golden liquid. I understand that where drink and people come into contact that some may spill on the floor. But nearly every corner of the bar floor was sticky at one stage I thought I would be walking home bare foot. Is there anything you can do about this problem apart from barring me from the Experience. Yours Sincerely, Tom Lawlor

Great fun and vibey tour
Great fun tour which we really enjoyed. Not too overcrowded (we were worried about this while we queued) but after the introduction room people were able to wander around more freely. We visited for my husbands birthday and really enjoyed ourselves.

Visiting Heineken factory and boat trip tour
We had a great time! If you’re in Amsterdam I will say it’s a place to visit. Only draw back it’s the pice. It’s a bit expensive.

Really enjoyable.
Me and the wife did this experience whilst in Amsterdam and had pre booked it before leaving the UK. It was very enjoyable, informative, with great staff, but you go at your own pace, and there’s staff along the way to talk you through parts of the process. There’s a really cool, champions league and formula one section. The rooftop bar is really cool. With great views.
