City Sightseeing bus + crociera sul canale di Amsterdam

Ho acquistato la combinazione bus+nave valida per 48 ore. Il primo giorno ho deciso di effettuare il circuito completo per entrambi senza approfittare delle fermate. È un modo pratico e comodo per acquisire familiarità con la città ed individuare i punti di maggior interesse per sé. L'audioguida da accesso a qualche curiosità oltre che alle basilari nozioni storiche. Il bus è più rapido (traffico permettendo), ma per goderne appieno è indispensabile sedere al piano superiore. La nave è più lenta ed offre un punto di vista completamente diverso da quello che potrete avere a piedi o col mezzo su strada. Il personale incontrato è sempre stato estremamente gentile, competente ed attento alle esigenze di ciascun cliente. In particolare Greta riserva agli ospiti un calore e una gentilezza unici, uniti a una grande competenza e professionalità elargiti sempre con delicatezza e col sorriso. Ho messo 4 stelle su 5 perché al secondo giorno, in cui ho deciso di effettuare le fermate, ho acquistato il biglietto per il museo di cultura ebraica a bordo. La transazione è avvenuta, ma il terminale è andato in crash non erogando il biglietto. Mi è stato detto di ti acquistarlo nuovamente alla cassa del museo e che avrei avuto un riaccredito sulla carta dell'importo versato, riaccredito non ancora avvenuto. La ragazza che ha gestito la cosa non mi ha rilasciato ricevuta od altra cosa scritta, solo fatto una foto al terminale e inviata al suo responsabile. Ho scritto una mail alla compagnia e spero in una risoluzione professionale del problema. Ecco, io eviterei l'acquisto on board data la mia esperienza non proprio positiva, ma resta un servizio estremamente valido nel complesso. Aggiornamento : ho modificato la valutazione. Non tanto per i contenuti dell'esperienza, ma per il mancato rimborso (ad oggi e nonostante vari contatti via mail all'indirizzo indicato). Non mi pare corretto che per un problema tecnico al loro terminale io debba rimetterci. Spero la cosa si risolva, anche se ormai ho perso le speranze. Aggiornamento: la situazione si è risolta per il meglio, a distanza di 2 mesi, ma risolta col dovuto rimborso. Riporto la valutazione a 4 stelle, ma sempre sconsigliano l'acquisto di biglietti a bordo

Amsterdam é una città che si gira tranquillamente anche a piedi. Sicuramente fare una crociera sui canali é una cosa interessante anche per avere la prospettiva della città dall'acqua. Consiglierei quindi sicuramente il battello mentre il bus si potrebbe anche evitare. Interessante ed utile la audio guida in svariate lingue e la sosta con tour gratuito alla gioielleria Gassan

Esperienza molto piacevole. Organizzazione curata in ogni dettaglio, personale affidabile, qualificato e sempre super disponibile; un particolare ringraziamento alla guida Greta per la cortesia e la pazienza con cui ci ha guidate alla scoperta della bellissima Amsterdam, sia sul battello che sull'autobus. Io e una mia amica abbiamo visitato Amsterdam in un weekend lungo di novembre. Abbiamo comprato la combinazione barca/bus perché la differenza di prezzo era minima. Amsterdam la si deve visitare da un'altra prospettiva e la barca è il modo migliore! Il bus è più veloce anche se alcune fermate sono distanti dalle attrazioni, peccato per la fermata del mulino! Simona è stata la nostra guida, per fortuna parlava italiano ed è stata gentilissima, la ringrazio molto. Ci ha aiutate ad organizzare il nostro weekend, ci ha consigliato il meglio e le combinazioni dei biglietti per le attrazioni in vendita a bordo sono molto convenienti! Ci ha anche consigliato l'app, molto utile per le fermate del bus che non sono segnalate e per vedere in tempo reale bus e barche! Le ore extra sul nostro ticket ci sono tornate utili! Ci torneremo sicuramente nel periodo dei tulipani!

Sono in vacanza ad Amsterdam e consiglio, oltre che venirci subitoooo, la crociera sui canali, quella fatta però dai ragazzi del city. Personale squisito e spiritoso, tutti giovani. Tempi rispettati e prezzo vantaggioso: con groupon euro 11 a testa per un’ora di barca. E ci sono comprese le cuffie nella lingua che preferisci che danno una valanga di info curiose sulla città e sui canali!Vi sono almeno 4 punti di attracco in tutta la città. Noi siamo a jordaan come b&b e ce ne è uno proprio a 150 metri.

Come in tutte le altre città, questo servizio è indispensabile per potere godere delle principali attrazioni. Ad Amsterdam, poi, si abbina al battello e risulta essere veramente interessante anche a livello di prezzo. Consigliato da prendere il primo giorno in modo da orientarsi sulle visite mirate i giorni successivi

Suggerisco la 24 h bus+boat. Bella esperienza, anche se un po' troppo piena di pubblicita'.

El recorrido, fue bueno. El personal amable. Solo que tarda 45 minutos en pasar, y no hay sillas para esperar a que pase el autobús. Por lo demás estuvo bien.

Het was erg leuk. Mooie rondvaart ook. Helaas geen eten en drinken aan boord te krijgen en wc is ook minimaal als in een soort van 'barkurk-achtige' wc. Lijkt erg oncomfortabel dus ik ben niet gegaan.

Wir haben die Bus-Tour an einem sehr heißen Tag gemacht und wurden bereits vorab darauf hingewiesen, dass der Bus nicht klimatisiert ist. Aufgrund der Panoramascheiben im Dach ist es nochmal heißer und für uns unverständlich, dass es kein Cabrio-Bus ist oder eine Klimaanlage verbaut ist. Aber da uns der Umstand bekannt war, lassen wir es nicht in die Bewertung einfließen. Die Tour selbst ist Ihren Preis nicht wert - die Ziele lassen sich mit einer Tageskarte mit en öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln günstiger erreichen. Da wir auf die Ohrstöpsel verzichtet haben, können wir allerdings nicht bewerten wie die Informationen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten sind. Dennoch empfanden wir knapp 30€ für eine einstündige Busfahrt als zu viel, auch wenn man natürlich den ganzen tag "Hop-on-hop-off" damit fahren kann.

the ticket staff were very helpful and informative. The onboard staff were polite and direct and took the boat around with care. if the tour is full it gets a little crowded around the tables. the tour was very good and the choice of languages was excellent. the information was accurate and occasionally told in an amusing way. For yhe price and time. excellent choice for touring the city

Schade um das Geld. Der Hop on - Hop off Bus hat 12 Haltestellen wovon nur die 1. gekennzeichnet ist. Alle anderen sind nur auf einer App zu erfahren, die nicht funktionierte. Ein- und Ausstieg leider nicht zu erfahren. Etwas besser war die Bootstour.

O passeio de barco pelos canais de Amsterdam foi excelente, super agradável e tranquilo! Tivemos uma bonita vista da cidade, com explicações mediante áudio-guia em português. Comprei o passeio com a Sra. Dewi que nos recepcionou com muita atenção e presteza! Ótimo atendimento!

We enjoyed this tour very much! The staff were fun and knowledgeable. The tour was given in a few languages, but we were lucky to be on the bus that was English. We rode the bus once round to see everything, then decided which stops we would be getting off and on at. The one stop with the diamonds is the best stop to change over to the boat or bus depending how you started. (We accidentally got on the wrong boat when we changed over - but they didn't care). The diamond house stop is also a great place to use the washroom as it is free, and also there is free hot beverage by machine. It is not the cleanest - likely because it is free, and there is not staff in attendance inside that building, however if people clean up after themselves then it would be better.

The bus and boat combo is the best as you see the city from both perspectives. Conveniently Gets you to the key parts of the city.

Brilliant tour, informative and interesting. Warm bus which was so welcome as it was icy cold outside. Simple way to see the city and all the highlights right there. Recommend as it really is an no brainer to do so much in a short space of time

Forget the bus! €27.50 for an hour’s bus trip around the perimeter of the town without live commentary is a bit of a ripoff. It stops for 10 minutes at Gassan Diamonds. After being on the company’s buses in Scotland, this paled in comparison. The cruise, by comparison, is great. Relaxing (so long as there aren’t many people on it). It relies on the same taped commentary but on the canals you get a much better view of Amsterdam from the water. 2 hours long.

Όχι απλώς καταπληκτικό, φανταστικό. Περπάτησε όχι μόνο στους κεντρικούς δρόμους αλλά και σε απόμερα μέρη. Θα εκπλαγείς με αυτά που θα δεις. Στους κεντρικούς δρόμους πρέπει να προσέχεις τα πολλά ποδήλατα.

Lady is first booth was so unhelpful. Told me she didn’t know what time the bus came, to look on the app. Lucky a couple waiting for the bus said it was due in 10 mins. Lady in second booth was amazing, got off bus and was unsure where to get the boat, she drew me a map of where to go, told me they were every half an hour and told me the best places to get off the boat to see attractions

Excellent Tour & Sightseeing Experience! A great option for sightseeing in Amsterdam! You can purchase tickets at their office inside central station with available options, or directly at their office in city about 250 mt away from station.The buses depart from Position B near the station. The buses are comfortable, and the guides are friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. Different tour packages are available on a daily basis, so you can choose what fits your schedule best. Highly recommended!

Giro dei canali in barca assolutamente da consigliare. Audioguida in italiano e Simon simpaticissimo conducente che comunque dava ulteriori informazioni in inglese. La durata è di un'ora ma ci è dispiaciuto scendere!!

Un gran tour con una guía en distintos idiomas narrando algunas historias de monumentos que están al rededor del canal. Muy recomendable.

Eine tolle Crew begrüßt einen lächelnd und zuvorkommend. Wir durften sogar spontan das Boot wechseln, da wir draußen sitzen wollten und nicht jedes Boot hat dazu die Möglichkeit. Die Station liegt direkt am Bahnhof und ist daher sehr zentral. Preis-Leistung ist top.

Nous avons fait un tour des canaux en février inclus dans la IAmsterdam City Card (que je recommande d’ailleurs de prendre). Le guide était très gentil et très drôle, ce qui a rendu la balade encore plus agréable. Nous avons eu la chance de visiter les canaux sous un magnifique ciel bleu, ce qui a rendu l’expérience vraiment magique.

Very enjoyble experience, the captain of the cruise gave us a very funny and interesting description of the city, and the staff gave an excellent service.

Es un tour más general

El tour está muy bien, en cambio si ya has hecho un freetour por la ciudad recomiendo el crucero primero, te da una vista más general, mi amiga y yo al haber hecho antes el freetour volvimos a ver sitios en los que ya habíamos estado.

Amsterdam City River Cruise

The canal cruise was perfect, the captin come guide gave us headphones to listen in our own language. The riverboat was clean and tidy, easy to walk on and off, it was a nice day and we got some beautiful pictures!! A great end to a fantastic tourist holiday!!

Early evening cruise

We did the early evening cruise to see the lights of the city. Easy to get tickets by turning up and allocated the next cruise. There is an audio link that you can use, but we decided to just sit outside and watch the views. An hour cruise which was interesting and pretty.

Great information finding cruise

We had an hour cruise around the canals in Amsterdam and learnt a lot whilst doing it. We really enjoyed every second. My five year old didn’t want to get off. The captain was also very knowledgeable.

Petite balade bien sympathique, est l’audio était très bien fait rien à redire. Le petit bar pour attendre est très sympa aussi avant d’accéder au bateau.

Un paseo agradable en barco

Muy puntuales, un paseo tranquilo, recomiendo que cuando lo cojan miren bien la metereología, pues así podrán disfrutar mejor de las vistas.

Die Stunde waren zwar nur ca. 50 Minuten, aber die Tour war wunderschön. Unbedingt abends machen, die Atmosphäre ist unbeschreiblich!

La promenade sur les canaux dure une heure. Les audio guides permettent de suivre les commentaires dans différentes langues. Le long de cette promenade fluviale, nous découvrons l'histoire de la ville et des monuments "célèbres". Par contre, le confort est rudimentaire.

Para escalas cortas de vuelo

Las vistas son preciosas, aunque desde posición incómoda porque el barco estaba muy lleno. El capitán muy simpático e hizo agradable el viaje.

A fab way to see Amsterdam

We had a really lovely time on the one-hour canal cruise. Our captain was very lovely and cracked a good few jokes throughout the tour. The GPS guided tour via the headphones was a fab idea and there were so many language options available which was a really pleasant surprise. We learned so much about the history of the city and the tour even helped us to find places to visit again in further detail after the tour. The price was extremely reasonable considering the excellent experience we got, and our boat even left a little early which was nice. All in all, we would definitely recommend it!

The captian made the experience

We really enjoyed it. We show I I amsterdam cards at the ticket office ans were on a boat and on our way within 10 minutes. Our captain (Tony I believe was his name) was lovely ,cheerful and very knowledge of the area, he also had 2 traniees with him and they were also lovely. The facilties were clean. If I hadn't have had the I amsterdam card I would have still paid what the price was (which I think is reasonable).

Cruising backward :(

sitting backward is really annoying... Except that I think it is very nice and the captain was a nice guy, he was really funny, making jokes.

Go with Lovers

Booked through Get Your Guide literally 20 mins before boarding. They let us join a boat that was boarding as soon as we got there, which was great, no standing around as they weren’t so busy. We took a daytime trip and glad we did. Maybe evening cruises would be better in warmer months with open boats. The boat was modern, clean and warm and no condensation at all during any part of our cruise. The headphones were included and the audio commentary was interesting. The captain also added bits and pieces of extra info which was appreciated. It was a great introduction to the canals of Amsterdam as we decided to do this trip literally an hour after arriving in Amsterdam. It helped us with our bearings and with general historical info about the city. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that we seemed to stay on one canal, no museums seen, no Anne Frank house, nothing like that, which was a shame as lots of tourists probably visit these places afterwards. Maybe the canal boat starting from the museums area take that route? We took the one from the station. There are lots of canal boat companies, but we were more than happy with Lovers as their boats appear a lot more modern than many others we saw. I would definitely recommend the cruise and my teenage daughter said it was one of the nicest things we did when in Amsterdam.

A amazing tour with some great canal boat skills performed and a great host. This tour is very much for couples and being alone I felt a little out of place.

A Great Way To See The City

Done the open boat tour during the summer. A great way to see the city and the audio guide gave plenty of information along the way. Extremely relaxing to the point I almost fell asleep half way around. Would definitely do the tour again if I’m back in Amsterdam

Quick visit to see Amsterdam

Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it rained, I still enjoyed the tour. The only complaint was the audio was difficult to hear at times.

Relaxing hour on the canals

Nice relaxing hour around the canals. Duco (sorry if I have not got the name correct) was informative with history and fun facts. Would recommend.
