Så smukt, historisk og bare fantastisk. Super historiefortælling på plancherne inden rundvisning af vort demokratis historie og fin rundvisning. Du kan bestille gratis rundvisning og evt supplere med et besøg i de Kgl. stalde og spise i Tårnet (Meyers) - bestil bord hjemmefra. Man må være lykkelig i sjælen ved at arbejde så smukt et sted.

Kæmpe stor oplevelse

Besøgte i dag De Kongelige repræsentationslokaler. Kom tilfældigvis med på rundvisning med Boris (kan være lidt i tvivl om navnet er korrekt. Men han havde problemer med hørelsen på venstre øre). Han var ganske enkelt en formidabel formidler. Han fortalte anekdoter om både nutid og fortid. Hans viden er kæmpe stor. Han var fængslende og havde en engels tålmodighed med mine mange spørgsmål. Han gjorde rundvisningen til en utrolig stor oplevelse, som vil sidde i mig længe. Tak for det.

Rigtigt flotte lokaler og en masse at se

Man kan købe en kombi billet til kr. 160,- og så kan man se De Kongelige Repræsentationslokaler, Det Kongelige Festkøkken, Ruinerne under Christiansborg og de Kongelige Stalde. Skal også lige gøres klart at man ikke kommer på besøg i folketinget m.m. på denne her tur. Kan anbefales at deltage i den gratis rundtur for en fortælling om historierne i gobelinerne, da de fortæller vildt mange ting. Man kan downloade en audioguide til ens telefon, hvis man ønsker. Man kan også komme op i tårnet, hvilket er gratis. Kirken har kun åben om søndagen. I juli dog alle dage fra kl. 10-17. Man kan sagtens bruge 3 timer på stedet. Kan helt klart anbefales. Hvis man kun har tid til en ting er det helt klart De Kongelige Repræsentationslokaler man skal se.

Smukt hus til demokratiet

Vi besøgte Christiansborg en aften i august, hvor vi blev vist rundt at et medlem af Folketinget, og sluttede af med at spise i Snapstinget. Det er en fantastisk smuk bygning vores folketing har til huse i. Bygningen er smuk både udvendigt og indvendigt, og dens udsmykning er overordentlig smuk.

Rundvisning

Vi var idag en størrere flok til rundvisning. Guiden var Helge Sander, han var impornerende, kunne fortælle en masse sjove historier fra hans tid i folketinget. Det tog 1 time og 30 minutter. Ved ankomst bliver du sikkerheds tjekket, som i lufthavne.

Good experience

Visited here on our first full day in the city. A beautiful attraction to visit where you can spend hours, and included in the Copenhagen Card. It had good attendance but not too busy. Overall, definitely worth a visit when you're in the city.

Siège du parlement danois

En parcourant l'île de Slotholmen, on ne peut pas manquer le Palais de Christiansborg. Après plusieurs incendies, l'édifice actuel date de 1928, en style néo baroque. Il est le coeur du pouvoir danois avec quatre institutions qui y résident: la famille royale, la cour suprême, le premier ministre et le parlement. Un magnifique palais qui se visite en partie gratuitement. Pour les visiteurs qui désirent bénéficier d'un joli panorama sur la ville, la Tour de Christiansborg est l'endroit idéal.

Mit 2 Aufzügen und ein paar Stufen hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf die gesamte Stadt! Und das auch noch kostenlos! Einfach nur toll!

A ne manquer sous aucun prétexte et prenez votre temps

Un ticket complet donne accès au palais bien sûr, dont les lieux sont toujours occupés pour les grandes manifestations par la monarchie actuelle (en place depuis plus de 150 ans), mais aussi aux écuries royales, aux anciennes cuisines et, surtout, aux sous-sols qui renferment les ruines des anciens palais et donc de l’histoire de la royauté danoise depuis le XIIème siècle. Vivre 1000 ans d’histoire dans un lieu où l’Histoire continue de s’écrire chaque jour a été un moment privilégié pour nous. Je recommande de prévoir du temps (4 ou 5 h) pour s’imprégner et savourer.

A Truly Royal Experience

Multiple locations in the slot to check out including the undercellars, tower, kitchens, and stables. Lines for the tower start early and get long. The underground exhibits were the most interesting for us.

Sublime palais avec des salles spacieuses et immenses. Nous y sommes venus en avril, nous étions tres tranquilles pour visiter, peu d affluence et tant mieux, cela nous a permis d en profiter. Très facile d accès.

Ein wunderbares Erlebnis und unbedingt empfehlenswert. Man kann die Geschichte und Räumlichkeiten anschauen und bekommt auch einen Einblick in die Küche.

Mooie paleis zalen

We hadden de DiscoveryPas gekocht en daarmee kan je overal gratis in. Paleis Christansborg, word nog regelmatig gebruikt door de Koninklijke familie met speciale gelegenheden. Je krijgt bij de entree plastic hoesjes die je over je schoenen moet aantrekken. Je kan mee met een gids die je alles verteld. Daar hebben we een stukje naar geluisterd en zijn toen onze eigen weg gegaan. Omdat ik persoonlijk niet alle in en outs hoef te horen en stil staan is voor mijn rug ook funest, vandaar dat ik liever op mijn eigen tempo er doorheen ga. Mocht ik toch meer willen weten, dan zoek ik dit op het internet op. De Zalen en Kamers zijn mooi, de troonstoelen waar de kroningen plaats vinden zijn prachtig, deze zijn in 2024 nog gebruikt door Koning Frederik met Mary. De ongelooflijke geweven wandkleden zijn schitterend om te zien. Absoluut een bezoek waard. Apart kan je ook nog naar de ruïnes , de Koninklijke keukens, de stallen

Christiansborg Palace is impressive on its own, but the real revelation lies beneath it. Don't Let Poor Signage Put You Off

After a frustrating start asking numerous workers at the Palace where the sites were, we finally found the entrance. The royal residences and reception rooms were fabulous reflecting an age of wealth and power. Each room was filled with ornate ceilings, chandeliers, enormous portraits, parquetry floors and magnificent furniture, all very much part of a working Palace. The kitchen was well presented and interesting, especially the recorded interview with the former head chef. The Ruins were well preserved and the scale surprising. Unfortunately the stables weren't open at the time but the magnificent royal horses were training instead. It is a must see for Copenhagen.

Magnificent palace with sumptuous rooms

This was my favorite attraction in Copenhagen. It's jaw-droppingly beautiful, and what made it particularly interesting for me is that it's still in use. You're not just looking at something from the past, but a palace currently used to host events. I joined a free guide in English and appreciated getting additional background on all I was seeing. If you do one thing in Copenhagen, see this!

La visite des pièces principales du palais vaut le coup : on découvre de très belles salles présentées dans leur contexte historique ce qui constitue aussi une bonne introduction à l'histoire du Danemark. Par contre les visites des ruines (sous-sol), de la cuisine et des écuries, certes intéressantes sont d'un intérêt plus limité. Attention : les écuries ferment avant l'heure limite indiquée sur les panneaux ! Rapport qualité prix un peu décevant au global.

Magnifique palais

Le château de Christiansborg est un palais royal et bâtiment gouvernemental situé dans le centre de Copenhague. C'est le siège du Parlement danois, du ministère d'État et de la Cour suprême. De plus, la monarchie danoise occupe encore plusieurs parties de ce palais, qui fut la résidence principale des rois de Danemark jusqu'en 1794. Le château que l'on visite est en fait la troisième version de celui-ci car il fut détruit, reconstruit, incendié et reconstruit à nouveau. Si vous prenez un billet pour visiter tout le palais (les salles d'apparat, appartement, les ruines, les étables, et les cuisines) il vous en coutera 215 DKK, sinon l'ensemble est compris dans le copenhague card (CPH). Vous pouvez également choisir de ne visiter qu'une partie du château, le prix d'entrée en sera donc réduit. La visite du château se fait en autonomie, au cours de laquelle nous traversons les pièces en enfilades. Les pièces que l'on visite sont magnifiques, somptueuses. On voit notamment les trônes royaux, les salles de réception, les salles d'apparat, etc. Ne manquez pas la salle avec l'immense table qui peut recevoir 50 convives ou encore l'immense pièce avec les belles tapisseries. La partie ruine est intéressante et l'on peut voir les fondations mêmes du premier château, la tour du cachot, etc. On y voit même les ancêtres des canalisations alors faites de tronc en bois. La partie cuisine est jolie, le tour est vite fait mais c'est toujours intéressant d'admirer les différentes casseroles en cuivre, moules, marmites, etc., toujours utilisées à l'heure actuelle. Nous ne sommes pas allés voir les étables, faute de temps. Nous avons passé 2 heures pour visiter le château, les ruines et la cuisine ce qui est raisonnable et suffisant. Un incontournable de Copenhague.

Une expérience exceptionnelle et un modèle de visite de palais

Tout était absolument extraordinaire. Le billet comprend la visite du palais, des écuries, des cuisines et des ruines, pour un prix tout à fait correct, surtout en comparaison avec le palais de Stockholm que j’ai également visité. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. La visite du palais est relativement complète : on accède à de nombreuses salles, ce qui est impressionnant pour un palais encore en activité. Les ruines se visitent avec un audioguide (disponible en anglais, danois et suédois ... seul petit point négatif), qui explique également une légende, rendant la découverte très ludique et immersive. Les cuisines sont magnifiques, parfaitement entretenues, avec chaque élément bien rangé à sa place. Un petit film explicatif à la fin permet de mieux comprendre leur fonctionnement et leur histoire, ce qui est très appréciable. L’extérieur est tout simplement grandiose, et nous avons eu la chance d’assister à un moment magique en voyant des chevaux travaillés par leurs cavaliers sous la neige. Une visite complète, riche et très bien pensée, que je recommande sans hésiter.

Unmissable. A brilliant experience.

A fantastic experience. I was able to wonder through the royal and state apartments and experience the rooms that are still used to this day as well as rooms used by kings and queens from Danish royal history. The video at the very start is well-worth watching. It shows the palace itself on the day that the current King was proclaimed on the very balcony that you will stand next to after the video. This really brings it to life. This really is unmissable. One thing that might make the visitor experience better would be a few pop-up signs that show the visitor where to go when outside the venue.. At the moment there is very little wayfinding and signage and I walked around for a while before having to ask someone. That said, this did not ruin what was a brilliant visit. Thank you.

The Castle of the Danish Kings.

Last year I went with my family to Christianborg Palace in Copenhagen, the residence of Danish rulers since the 18th century. This palace, which also houses the Danish parliament, is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful in Europe. The mixture of Baroque, Neoclassical and Neobaroque styles makes it unique, its interior rich in gilding and unique painting, making this Palace a true European architectural and historical marvel. The visit to the palace is wonderful, rich in discovery. Being able to visit the castle underground adds something atypical to the experience of the visit. I loved being able to observe the entire city of Copenhagen from the top of the palace tower, which is 106 meters high, making it the highest in Copenhagen. I sincerely recommend visiting the palace for all history lovers and for anyone who would like to experience Copenhagen from a unique angle.

MUY RECOMENDABLE

Espléndido edificio que alberga el Parlamento, el Tribunal Supremo y la Cámara de Legisladores, además de contar con la Biblioteca Real danesa. Es de estilo neobarroco y tiene la torre más alta de Copenhague, a donde se puede subir de forma gratuita. Las vistas son fabulosas y merece la pena si no es demasiada larga la cola de espera.

We visited Christiansborg Palace with the Copenhagen Card. Entry was very straightforward – you just follow the signs to the Royal Reception Rooms, where your card is scanned right away and your visit begins. You are given blue shoe covers to protect the floors and carpets, and the reception rooms themselves are stunning – definitely a highlight and highly recommended. On the same site, you can also visit the ruins (less my thing), the royal stables (with many carriages on display), and the royal kitchens (really fun to see). It’s best to check the official website for opening hours, as these can differ for each section. At every entrance, you simply scan your Copenhagen Card again and your visit continues smoothly.

Impressive

Two adults visited Christiansborg Slot while on free time during a 2 week bus tour of Scandinavia in late August and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We took the 40 minute tour in English at 3pm that covered the royal reception rooms. Wow, just wow, is our best description of the Palace. The guide was great and the rooms were extraordinary. We also visited the Ruins Under Christiansborg archeological exhibit tracing the history of the site. Very well done with the downloadable audio guide and local free Wi-Fi.

STUNNING INTERIOR

The palace is massive and absolutely stunning on the interior. Every room is filled with beautiful furnishings, paintings and tapestries. One building contains the remnants of the original fortress which is quite interesting and well displayed. As an aficionado of old clocks, I was thrilled with the many vintage clocks throughout the palace. We went toward the end of the day and there were minimal visitors at that time which was great.

Don’t miss to visit

An amazing palace to visit when be in Copenhagen. The showrooms in palace are amazing. You can read detailed history of events related with royal family of Denmark. In the combined ticket are also included royal stables, palace’s kitchen and ruins under the castle. In section of ruins under the castle you can learn about medieval history of castle and Denmark. Combine ticket price is DKK215 pp, approximately £25.00 pp. Definitely a good value for money. Approximately visit of time is from one to two hours.

Parlement danois

Le Palais de Christianborg est le siège du Parlement danois, du Ministère d’Etat et de la Cour suprême. Plusieurs parties de ce palais sont encore occupées par la monarchie danoise. Il fut la résidence principale des rois de Danemark jusqu’en 1794, avant que ceux-ci ne s’installent au palais d’Amalienborg. La visite est payante. La Tour de Christiansborg (accès gratuit) est la plus haute tour de Copenhague et offre une vue panoramique sur la ville.

Dieses Mal blieb es bei einem Blick von außen: Das Schloss zeigte sich imposant. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt will ich unbedingt hineingehen.

Beautiful Architecture

We did not go into the building but enjoyed the majestic castles facade and the beautiful architecture surrounding the castle. Take a nice stroll down by the nearby river.

Les tapisseries de la reine... whaou!

Le ticket d'entree permet de visiter plusieurs zones: les ecuries, les cuisines, les ruines et le palais en lui meme. Les ruines sont pour les fans d'archéologie et d'histoire avec une mini expo sur les sorcieres. Les cuisines ne sont pas indispensables. Les écuries pour les fans d'équitation. Le principal est le palais avec en particulier la salle des tapisseries. La visite en soi n'est pas très longue (comptez 1h environ). Mais on pourrait y passer des heures a decrypter les tapisseries, regarder les details et jouer à "ou est Charlie". A ne pas manquer si vous visitez Amsterdam.

Auch Schloss Christiansborg stand auf der Ausflug Agenda,es handelt sich um den früheren Sitz der Herrscherfamilie und ist nun seit 1918 der Sitz des Parlaments.Nachdem die ursprünglichen Bauten einem Feuer zum Opfer fielen,wurde ca.1907? das heutige Schloss im Neobarock errichtet,es lohnt sich die 100 Stufen den 90m hohen Schlossturm zu bewältigen,denn so hat der Gast eine wunderbare Aussicht.Aber bitte beachten (auch dies wird ausdrücklich kommuniziert)es ist nicht gestattet innerhalb Fotoaufnahmen zu machen. Aber ein Besuch ist alle mal lohnenswert,leider war dann der Aufenthalt in Kopenhagen auch schon vorbei und es ging weiter nach Stockholm.

Interesting place to visit

Highly recommend a visit to this palace that was once the home of the Royal Family and now houses the parliament and supreme court. There is a lot to see and the Royal Reception Rooms are beautiful - they are still used for meetings with foreign ambassadors and the throne room which leads on to the balcony is where the kings and queens of Denmark are proclaimed. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Great Hall where the Queen's tapestries are hung around the walls and cover the past 1,000 years of Danish history. We also visited the ruins under the palace and the palace kitchens.

Plusieurs musées dans le même bâtiment. Le sous-sol renferme les structures médiévales de l'ancien palais ... pas bien intéressant ! Par contre les salles d'apparat, sont magnifiques ! La visites des anciennes cuisines est elle aussi passionnante !

Amazing complex to visit

This is a must see attraction when visiting Copenhagen for 2-3 hours. You can see inside the palace where the Danish royal family used to reside and is still used for some functions. Furthermore, you can see the original foundations of the old castle from a thousand years ago while also visiting the stables and kitchen.

Different tours and entrances

This is a huge palace. We got the city pass to enter all the castles. Just check online, get entry times, and if any events are scheduled. You normally have to check in to locker backpacks. It's a simple process. The guard checks for tickets. You walk through different parts of the castle kitchen. Stables. Ruins, reception rooms. There are gift shops as well. There are audio guides in some parts of the castle. Old memoirs and photos.

Would recommend

We enjoyed the tour of the ruins underneath the current castle. It was very interesting to see the origins of the current castle. We did not spend a long time in the ruins. The castle is lovely. We had a tour guide show us around. You got to go through many rooms. The tapestries that were made for Queen Margrethe were incredible. After touring the castle we went up into the tower to see the views. We did not have to wait terribly long, but it was 5 p.m. on Sunday. We were unable to go to the gift shop at the Castle because they closed by 4:45 p.m. even though they had said they closed at 5 p.m.

2 quite different exhibitions worth visiting

We visited both the underground ruins of the previous castles on the sure and the royal state rooms upstairs. Both interesting but I'm quite different ways. We particularly liked the vibrant tapestries in the state rooms. We were also slightly surprised you can see the throne room as part of general access. Note you have to wear overshoes when going around the state room, these are provided. We felt both exhibitions are big enough to be interesting and worthwhile visiting but not so big that it takes too long out that people might lose interest.

Eintauchen in Vergangenheit und Gegenwart

Bei Bauwerken der Kulturgeschichte gehen die Geschmäcker auseinander. Wir haben alle königlichen Schlösser in Kopenhagen besichtigt und waren auch in Frederiksborg. Christiansborg hat uns mit Abstand am besten gefallen, weil es nicht nur prunkvoll ist, sondern auch mit Vergangenheit und Gegenwart des dänischen Königshauses vertraut macht.

De toren met uitzicht bezocht. Op zich oké Max 5 minuten boven geweest en dan heb je het wel gezien. Is de wachtrij beneden niet te lang, sla dan niet over maar anders… Er is een security check (zoals op een luchthaven) dus jassen, tassen, riemen, horloges in een bak en zakken leeg en door poortje. Handig: pak je bak en loop direct links om de hoek, daar staan bankjes.
