New! Enjoy the real Dutch countryside by bus, boat and bike! During this tour we will be exploring the verdant landscape of Waterland. This beautiful, unspoiled region just north of Amsterdam may be close by, but it is an entirely different world, packed with small canals, well-maintained monuments and historical villages.  

Our first stop will be a beautiful windmill near the village of Volendam where we will pause to take photos before continuing by bus to Monnickendam, a traditional fishing village on the shores of the former Zuiderzee. After a short walking tour we will explore the very heart of the area by bike and boat, following scenic routes. We will return to Amsterdam by bus.
